I GOT IT. I GOOOOOTTTTT ITTTTTTTTTTTTTT. If I have any advice for others who are attempting this remarkably challenging (but satisfying) hard badge, it's to never give up even when it looks hopeless e.g. you have four hearts left at 300 meters. Much of the game's difficulty comes from a couple of particularly difficult random "level" generations, and you can go from 300 to 1000 with only a hit or two if you get lucky. Also, I really found it easier to concentrate without worrying about the mouse at all - it's not like you have time to aim at anything. Good luck.

Very difficult but fun. The hard badge is definitely one of the more challenging to get on this site. The game demands so much of my hands that wrist pain is a serious obstacle after 600 meters or so, and I eventually made better progress by pressing F and ignoring the mouse altogether. Very fun, but not for the easily frustrated or those with weak wrists.

I should be able to buy "Start at XXX feet" once I've gotten all the other upgrades. the first section gets tedious when going for 1000.

My highest height was about 300... Then I randomly managed to get 941 with only 21 upgrades... Very fun games, this and the sequel both. I like the sequel more of course, but this is very impressive and fun for the time frame it was developed in!

Good game, 4/5... Would be 5/5 if you added maybe more skills, temporary power-ups, a way to upgrade skills WITHOUT dieing, multi-player, ETC?

Had a lot of fun playing this game last night, but here Im on break at work and it didn't save any progress. That sucks, I just assumed its standard now-a-days. Otherwise, cool game.

Thank you Arkeus for this GREAT game! I at first only joined this website to earn power up rewards points...but this game told me to stay. Thnak you for making my experience at Kongregate so much better. Oh, and ignore the picture for my profile.

A pop-up (transparent, small one!) every 250 meters or something so we don't risk our progress looking in the corner at the incredibly small number. Also, bring on the sequel.

What right do you have to come into Diamond Hollow, guns a-blazin'... Destroying the automated turret defense systems... Killing thousands upon thousands of slimes... Stealing all their currency... A vandal. A thief. A murderer. Let's see how many more charges we can rack up.

I really like the game, but the mechanics for lap top users is so clunky! Is there anyway that can be fixed or considered for the next game?

I think double jump should automatically activate when holding down the "go up" button and you reach the top of your first jump

Have to agree with most of the comments. I like that the developer listens to feedback. But I think that the controls are not very responsive, and I also dislike these controls when forced to go up.

Its an alright game. I got addicted after a little bit, but I finally got the badges so I won't be playing anymore. But it was one of the best "pixel" games I've played in a while. 4/5

I like the concept, but to me the controls just feel very unresponsive at times. Prime example is when I press up/right to jump to the right, I just jump straight up. Or when I want to quickly change directions, I just keep going to the right instead of going to the left. These kinds of things made for some really frustrating deaths
