Ok, What? Dark Cut 1, a game with a rating of 3.47, has an achievement, and yet dark Cut 2, which has a HIGHER RATING OF 3.84, doesn't have achievements? What kind of messed up logic is that?

to some people that don't know.... this is well.. semi-accurate, there was no anesthetic then, it was either get them drunk to dull pain, or nothing... surgery was also very.... primitive until relatively recently

bug, when i was sawing my leg off then put the saw a way to take a frantic drink of whiskey, the saw broke and started glitching out, so i couldn't use it till i reset.

i think it glitched on me. during the last surgery, my health hit 0 while i was cutting my leg, but it still let me cut off my leg and i won... o.o

I really don't know what to do with forcep. Unfortunately its such a great idea but I pass this game since the instruction wasn't clear.

Music ruined it for me. Toss the Turtle and Castle Crashers I think are fine with it. (At least I'm pretty sure Castle Crashers used this.) Anyway. NOT FOR A SURGERY GAME.

1/5 cause of laggy crap 3/5 for originality & realism 4/5 for graphics...but since I can only put so many stars up there it will be only 1..because if a game becomes too laggy whats the freaking point...while I was trying to put the saw back in all it would do is jump around as if I was having a seizure if it wasn't for that this would easily be a 4-5 star game

well that nice to F*cking know...that you gotta mash the hell out of spacebar to boost your will to live....died the 1st time cause I didn't know what the heck was going on...2nd time ran out of will but had plenty of life??????????.........oh crap I got 1 hand on my glass the other on the bottle pouring my self several drinks to numb the pain....so what am I supposed to saw my leg off with while I'm mashing spacebar....oh great I got a huge spear or chunk of metal in my leg but I must amputate ???? why cant I just yank it out and bandage it....get the hot Iron and cauterize the wound

The game is fricking hard. I understand how easy it is to win, but using the mouse (Joystick, Touchpad, OR stylus) I can't get past level 2. You need a bit more time, and a warning when the patient is sober. Because I ended up losing because I didn't realize he was sober until it was at 8 seconds.

after every step, give a full shot of wiskey, in the beginning, fill the drunkness, i have never gone below 70 (so far) and rage quit on self
