All those add-ons, all those accessories and of course all the rocket upgrades, and yet none of them ever thought of rocket shooting upwards? O.o I am speechless by the logic...

its just one huge random number generator making hard badge just luck and endurence to replay long enough to get stuff done at first three shots . sorry but 1/5 no skill involved at all

use the following to get hard badge:
day 1: all about luck, try to get at least 2 000 by staying alive as long as possible. Use money to upgrade radar, fuel sucker, fuel tank, rest of the money evenly into left / right rockets and launcher.
day2: use radar and rockets to stay alive as long as possible, if you can survive 5 minutes you can get hard badge easy. Use money to upgrade launcher, e-rockets and comrades as best you can.
day 3: no need for rockets, drop comrades at 0 feet, if you run out of speed used e-rockets to get to mars

Lunched the hedgehog with full upgrades and only made him go as fast as possble to the right... He fell down 45 minutes later

@Snapshot103 Are you f*cking high? It is exactly as hard as people describe, you launch and then do nothing and hope to win the lottery. That is what this game is, hoping to get lucky

Hard Badge. Day one - Launcher Height, Rockets fuel tank, left, right rocket. You'll have to reset quite a few times, what you're going for is at least $1500 which is like 40-$50 on the hud, $3k is better :) Use left, right looking for purple and gold platforms. Only do quick taps with the left and right arrow keys to conserve fuel. It's luck based, but with practice you'll become better at gaining height with platforms. Day two - Add Ons E rocket lvl 2. When you start to fall use E rocket, look for platforms to gain height, if there's no close platforms use E rocket, when you can't go any higher hold hard left or right and hope that you hit a lot of platforms. Shoot for $20k. Day Three - max E rocket and launcher as high as it can go. The spare money I put it into width, band, one parachute, fuel tank, left and right rockets. Use judgement on when to use E rocket, Gain some height from platforms before using it. With max E rocket mars should be easy to reach. Hope this helps :)

well i looked at a few tutorials and it worked perfectly for me, 800 dollars on first day make you reach mars on day 3 if you follow the correct guides

For everyone that's complaining about how there's no reset badge, there is. It's in the launch screen. The buttons are: Pause, Mute, Restart and Armor Games. Restart will take you back to the menu and start your launches all over again.

Seriously, improve your game, on day 1 I have made 0 dollars, or hit 80 platforms and made 120 dollars, or hit 2 platforms and made 600 dollars. Its stupid that someone could walk up to this game and complete it in day 2, OR not get anywhere by day 15. But I guess Kongregate approves of this behavior

This is one of the worst launch games I've ever played. Way too much of it is based on luck and way too much of it is spent doing nothing waiting for your hedgehog to land. The upgrades just don't do enough to make me feel like anything I do changes the outcome as much as the random platform generator. How does this have a 4 rating?
I wrote this whole comment while waiting for my stupid hedgehog to land so I can start doing something again and he's still going... No game should ever make you sit and do nothing for five minutes.

try to fully upgrade the height, width, and whatever the first three ones to max and you dont need anything else. that will take you straight to mars

There's no "buy the radar, stupid" guidance, and there's no game if you don't - just a halfassed pinball sim. Rated two stars

To get the hard badge, just pray for a lucky first day. Then, with high-levelled fuel tank and a radar, it's almost free ;)

Can we make the dashboard see through or smaller? It's hard to line up falling onto a platform when 50% of the area below you is blocked by your information bar.

The higher cost upgrades DO NOT DECREASE in price once a lower upgrade has been purchased. Always buy as much as possible all at once, and if one more launch will get you another upgrade, save it for then.

So basically the only way of beating this game in 3 days is being lucky and pick a lot of high-value platforms and coins?

No hard badge should ever, EVER, be entirely luck based. The admin of kong must know he creature of this game in an attempt to max games played number. The first one every called for a reset button, and guess what? There isn't one here in the second one and kong gives a badge you have to reset numberless times to get.
