For now I have to say that this game has a nice concept but an utterly flawed implementation... I get lag in the main game... suffice it to say there appears to be a bug - aside from this there are a number of nice ideas that are botched in implementation... the comments here give a long and detailed list. This is a perfect example of why a good idea does not necessarily transfer into good game design and if that doesn't happen then implementation is stuffed. It also shows that although Kongregate achievements can draw the punters it is a double edged sword because it can't keep them and if you've still bugs or you need to do updates you will suffer because people will not likely ever be back... back to the drawing board I'm afraid guys... if you get it together I'll change my mind... if I have reason to bother coming back.

How about making the weakness something to required and if you lose in that category, you lose the level. After that is taken in account, just leave the rest as it is.

2) Rather than having to wait till the prep screen and individually adding items to find out their stat increase, maybe put that in its desciption - not just 'medium' or 'weak'?

Cute concept but fails on delivery.
1st Point) Even if you max out the grid and equip slots AND collect most of the items in a level, it doesn't help because:
a) items are random b) you can combine enough items (esp magic) c) you don't know how much to put into each stat until AFTER you've faced the boss.
Also, all those handy hints that come up during the first half of each level disappears, so I have to guess based on size...

I think the game would be easier to play if you could just click items then click on the space you want them to be in rather than having to click and drag them. I dropped so many items that I almost cried ;u; The rest of it is good, but please don't to drag and drop in the future. It's difficult :T

Range is quite a hassle compared to the other stats. You have individual shots which go into bigger pouches which go into the weapon. The others are instant grab items.

Wow you got Egoraptor in on the voices?! Very cool! I really enjoyed the whole plot of the game. No one really wants to be the hero. The sad music really was great too. I can agree that the actual game play was flawed in the boosting with ranged weapons. I really didn't care due to the witty banter and the Eor (winnie the pooh) like main character. :D Good Job!

Very funny, very clever, but like everybody said, it seems that always ignoring range will help you better in the long run. So it's extremely easy once you figure that out. 4/5

Noticeable balance issues with the stats.Ranged weapons require too much ammo in order to be of any use. Not only do they take up space in your inventory, they also require LOTS of ammo to do anything significant. Whereas, everything else is immediately useful to boost stats.

3/5 i constantly lose items entirely because of when i change their positions in the equip, i can no longer click on them and the sprite just hangs there forever. please fix this bug

I like this game, but I wish you were able to buy weapons, or have a storage for things you don't use (so you can use them in the next round).

is it even possible to max out every stat at once? I know that with ten slots the equipment required would be: 2 chestplates, 2 huge potions, 2 battle axes, and 3 or 4 full ammo range weapons (depends on the ones you use) but I keep replaying the last three bosses and it won't give me the equipment I want to be unbeatable :(

Anyone else have the issue when they try to put something into there inventory it despawns kind of. It just becomes a picture.

One thing you should not do if you want to play this game... use a track pad! Its so god damn difficult to work with...

There doesn't appear to be any penalty for your Hero's losing the monster duel on a level, but you do get to keep the gold, equip slots, and storage space. So if you run through the first or second level once or twice selling everything, you quickly have enough gold to max out slots and space.
