For the maker: When you complete a level and die at the same time, you continue to the next level. but when you come back to collect your old selves there's nothing there and you need to restart everything. :(

Seeing comments about how hard this was had me concerned. Then I played through and beat it very easily my first try. Super easy badge: Jump in place twice, take a step towards the door, repeat. Repeat until the door is open, then get in as quick as possible. This'll make the second half super simple as well, since your clones will mostly be jumping in place near the entrance(or the exit, rather).

i managed to let it go because of this kind of game. thanks, mates. 4/5 because of minor lag spikes which caused me to fail aimlessly at some points.

It's beautiful and has a good concept. I loved it. The one and only complaint a have is about the jumps. They make some actions that should be easy really annoying to be completed. If the jumps were better implemented (as the rest of the game), this game you be just perfect.

Great game, very good cocept, I wish there were more levels, of course you can't put too many levels or player would not remember his previous moves. But maybe you can put multiple level chains. and say that you do levels of a chain upwards and backwards before you unlock the next chain. Could be an idea for a game 2. I want a game 2, 5/5 for me. I had the feeling that I was faster than my shadows in the backwards part, if so it was balanced very good, my speed was just enougth.
EmielMagnee: "sometimes you jump in the opposite direction for no reason " Yeah that happened to me too, those were rage moments ^^

This game is just a mass of frustration. Because you have no idea you're about to have to go back to collect your past selves, some of the ways you go forward are just about impossible to retrace. The controls were fine for the first half, but there is clearly a problem with the programming once the yellows start. Love the premise but hate, hate, hate the execution.

- Completed -
It's quite simple, just read, don't make any mistakes, It's kinda Tricky Though, But you can do it, as long as you believe in yourself.
I Love the Concept, The game is Quite Challenging -
I like the Music too. Well Done 5/5

The last few levels of escaping your past are a bit difficult, definitely used the jumping straight up and down to help kill time and make it easy to get back. I really like the message and the twist the end takes, 4/5.

So on my way back through the game glitched and isn't sending out my past selves and there isnt a save or reboot the level feature so now all the time spent trying to get the badge is wasted. Thanks.

Not only did they just give a game completed badge a medium badge instead of a hard badge, the fact that they made it a medium badge made it viable for a badge of the day.

most levels you can just jump a couple of times, move a little, then jump a couple of times more and so on, easy badge

I had no problems with the controls unless you jump at the exact corner, then you jump backwards. The biggest problem is if you go down the middle of hourglass, as I did, you have to start the whole game over to win.

It's not that hard. Time stops when you are standing still on a flat surface, so you can plan your moves and think about what you are doing. A good strategy for burning time before the door opens is to keep moving just a bit and jumping straight up and down on flat surfaces, no risk of being caught and it makes it far easier on the return path.

This game had a very good idea, and I would like to rate it well, but the execution was done very poorly. the controls are not smooth at all, sometimes you jump in the opposite direction for no reason and to beat some of the levels you have to be super finicky with your controls.

The game was nice. The backwards bit was a suprise considering some routes I had taken, but it was actually a refreshing challenge. instead of avoiding you had to catch. So you are your own challenge, I would go on about what that means but im just a gamer and it was a neat concept.

Something needs to be changed about the jump controls. I keep getting so close to finishing and then he decides to jump in the complete wrong direction because I slightly touched the edge of something. I only beat this in the end because I was so awful at jumping the first time round.

"S**tting Bricks" would be a more apt name for this badge. Having to make my way back was hell. That was not exactly fun.

this is the most pixel perfect achieving game, such an ass trying to get past level... i dont know, no way of telling. Such a possible win but a fück up

I had a fairly easy time with this game. if your having trouble running back and forth in a small area might help you.

I remember back when games were thought out, meaningful, simple, excellent. I miss these days.
Now we have papa's endless clones of garbage.

So, last time i played this game i gave up because of the frustrating controls and annoying mechanics, and gave it a 2/5 just for the concept. Now i came back, for the BOTD, and became determined to complete this game. Then, i started making paterns to avoid my past selves, and when i finally reached the "end" of the game, i DISCOVERED I HAD TO DO PLAY THE GAME IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION! Really, if you're going to make such a big change to the freaking mechanics of the game, at least tell us before! Now i'm unable to complete this crap because i fell through the middle of the Hourglass level and can't collect them! And since there's no level select, i have to start all over again! You know, i tried, but you made me hate this game even more, 1/5, to the hell with this shiny kongpanion!

This badge is great. Even its mere existence definitely made me know myself more, made me take a step back to remember why I never finished this game. And probably won't ever. Nice concept though.
