I love this game! The level design is amazing, but I didn't like the level design of the two player levels, mainly level 13. It's too hard to die accidentally when you don't know what the doors will do. The three player levels were incredible, the new multiplayer twist worked well in those. Also, I think that the hard player pack was easier than the easy one.

At first, I was disappointed by this one compared to the previous. I don't think multi characters really enhances the game experience. I was gonna give three, maybe four stars. But then, I heard the parody of Shaft, and awarded my five stars.

How to get the Woots medal: on conclusion, go in the wall (SHIFT), go down, enter in the door: on 1:54 seconds, complete ALL 3 rooms and, you get the "End song" and the Woots medal.

Bloxorz, even if it's "easy" to finish the challenge with tons of practice and full stops between shifts, the game crashing and stalling out during the challenge still greatly reduces the fun.
With such an annoying bug, I only rated it 3/5.

I loved shift 1, 2 and 3. But this time, the two players puzzles made it less immediate and fun as before. Too boring.

It's no problem stungun lol all you have to do is know the 3 rooms and its easy to finish with like 10 to 14 seconds left even if you come to complete stops before you shift. LOL at noffmaster, you cant be serious it's not that hard to hit the Ctrl key and the use of three characters made the puzzle even more fun, the thinking in puzzles IS the fun. If thinking isn't fun then maybe popping balloons or some game that requires an IQ the square root of minus one is more the order of the day lol. My self, I loved the complexity of the rooms and the hidden stuff and the Shift song at the end. More Shift PLEASE. If the programmers have run out of ideas please contact me, I have a few you can use for free for Shift 5. Play Momiga, Left Right March, Run by player-03, Don't Look Back by Terry Cavanagh. @Audio complainers: Just turn off your sound if you can't find an in-game mute.
@Keyboard complainers: For the love of *all* keyboard complaints for all games out there: Download JoyToKey and set the keys to a joystick/controller you have lying around. I use one that looks like a PS2 controller. JoyToKey is free and works really well.

I love all of the shift games but this one doesn't have the same atmosphere to me, however I do love some of the new features like the new character that plays with you and cutscenes.
