When there are no enemy troops left and you are just running across a minefield to the end, why would you surrender just because someone dies. And if you did, who do you surrender to?

Does anyone agree that the enemy airsrikes are highly overpowered and overly accurate? The artillery strike will not be firing and then the moment i tell my guys to exit the trench, shells start falling and wipe out as many as 5 full squads in a matter of seconds.

*on last mission* My antitank hits their tank 2 times, my tank proceeds to get into a firefight with it. My tank loses, we surrender. hur dur.

Need a 2x button, and not cool that you can't upgrade everything after you beat the game. Why is there a limit on experience?

I just saw all but one of an assault squad just stop and stand still just past the first trench on the second level. They weren't dead, they were just standing there. The last one walked straight forward, floated over the enemy-filled trench, and won the mission.

Fun as far as it goes, but too simplistic. It doesn't need to be too much more complicated but at least let me tell my troops to stop and wait! An officer is no use if he runs off across the battlefield before I have any troops for him to command.

"Alright men, listen up! We've almost pushed through the Allies defenses! If we send in another tank and use some poison gas to stop their assault teams from getting into position, we can capture that last trench!" *Sends in tank and spams the shit out of the trench* Enemy Surrendered!

I don't know what it is, but I can almost not even play this is so laggy with the controls. the whole battle will be taking place, and I'll be clicking commands, trying to scroll the screen, and nothing is happening.
doesn't do this for any other games for me

too bad the moral got depleted too easily at the point of being unrealistic. there were only 1 enemy units on the battlefield and I'm just about to finish them suddenly my tank got hit with artillery and that's it

i like this game. but it would be better if it had a multiplayer and you can choose what country you want like campaign or skirmish

Con Artist Games, the people that created Warfare and Last Stand, have developed probably the most relistic and role playing games this year and the year before. They are now producing Last Stand Union City which is suppose to be a step up. I Hope next they will creat either Warfare Korea, Vietnam, or Warfare 1944 Pacific Theatre.

Think you should get exp when you loose, just so you actually progress, or you stop at a point and can't get past it. good game otherwise :)

So apparently deploying less squads while winning the battle, thus being more efficient, is a bad thing. A mess-up in the after-battle stats.

every time i get a Lewis gunner or a sniper the enemy decides just then to rain down hell on that trench but not when there is like 3 rifle men squads sitting there like nice juicy targets
