anyone know what the deal is with the stag in one of the hidden rooms in the fire area? it doesn't damage you, you can't hit it, and it just hops around for a bit and then leaves in the opposite direction you came in o.O

For some reason, when I was almost done with the game, my weapon turned back into a pea shooter. Now I can't kill most things, and don't know how to change back.

One tip for people struggling with Boss Rush: I found that turning on Toggle shooting mode (from the Options menu) helps a lot -- it makes sure that you can be shooting 100% of the time, which is a big help.

Gravity is kind of annoying, when I am jumping on the wall, it makes me stick to the left/right side. Please make a gravity Off/On button so I can move around freely.

Great game, just had two comments:
-The shield is very overpowered, blocking ANY hits made some of the last boss attacks seem just silly (the spinning shooting in all directions, the ZZZ and the "Armored Armadillo" attacks would be countered by simply pressign down).
-The shield, although overpowered, is terribly buggy. I can't use it when i'm shooting, I can't use it while moving, I can't use while jumping, I can't use after taking a hit, I can't use it after I just fell, etc... Sometimes it seemed that I had to be perfectly still for 3 seconds in order to have an appointment with mr. Down Key, and maybe, MAYBE, he would grant my wish of shielding.

Well, all the other bosses were pretty easy, I guess I'll give a try.

Wow, this sure is hard, but I still have my shield and I'm able to block most of his attacks

They're just sharing a save file to get the badges without playing. I put the separate "Cheated" score board in to try to keep them from clogging up the score boards with the exact same times over and over. (I don't actually care if they cheat, I just wanted to try to keep the score boards clean...)

this game is too slow its kinda like a slow and extremely long robot wants kitty get new upgrade to unlock more areas and fight bosses once in a while, but i like robot wants kitty this is just... slow wht did i expect playing a snail oh well

@triskael get your shitty taste for games out of here, this is one of the best homages to the metroid series i've seen as far as gameplay, collecting upgrades, and finding secrets goes. Shove your 1/5 for this game up your ass and go play whatever 11 year-olds like you are playing nowadays

1/5 no plot, horrible cutscenes drawn in Microsoft paint (if even that), worthless gameplay... This game really has no redeeming factors aside from nomnomnom for the grass.

been at 29 damn helix pieces forever and i swear i've checked every freakin spot in the game and i even looked on the linked map in the description and still can't find which one i'm missing

So i looked at a picture of the map after i beat the game to see what room i am missing. My map was the same. I only have 99%? Oh well. Awesome game. 5/5
You can get 100%. If you can show me your map, I can point out the missing room :-) (A lot of players miss a certain room, but I don't want to say what it is in the comments, because someone might accidentally see a spoiler here!)
