5 Things to know about this game 1. It sucks to have arachnophobia 2. I had no idea planets 1/100 times the size of pluto had hot magma 1 foot below the surface 3.If this is the usa mission id like to see how epic the soviets will be! 3. This is the most epic battle since 300. 4. The goverment likes to draft EVERYONE into this fight 5. Playing on a trackpad sucks (no right click and slow movement)

good start for a game, but it needs alot of work to be great. Plasma should be more readily available, as should the planet healing ability. They should be separate drops that work immediately. Having a power up that rotates so quickly basically screws the player more often then not...

just found something really helpful if you get the heal plnet ability you can while using it walk over an asteroid and the asteroid will be destroyed i assume it works similiarly if you use heal planet on a small hole with a bunch of spiderss in it

I wonder how common was it to die via direct hit from meteor impact, because i was slaying bugs left, right and center when a meteor hit my character and did a 1 hit kill.

It would be nice to see this idea turned into a survival style game, with bases, friendlies, turrets, complex terrain, and enemies that land on your planet and shoot you. =) great game! 4/5, but has the potential to become much better.

I like it, but it doesnt really have enough does it? I mean It seems that i just kept on going and going but i really felt no purpose and even though the enemies slowly get better there was no boss or reason to keep saving up plasma. Would it be better to perhaps make the player spend in money or something they get from the spiders to get upgrades rather than just roll the dice? IDK if you should go in that direction but something like that would be well appreciated. I do indeed like the fact that almost everything explodes, got me to my inner sabotuer. Cheers ;D

I think You should make a multiplayer one, where the planet is bigger and lots more come depending on how many players are playing. :)

I was thinking about giving it a 4/5, but when I saw that some of the enemies could blow up pieces of the asteroid and you could do so yourself by firing a beam, it became a 5/5 from me to you.

54.5mil, wave 39. If you get to max speed/firepower/firerate and full plasma shots and lives, every hive will spawn invincibility, and while invincible, every hive will spawn lives... you can survive almost indefinitely like this if you hunt out black hives/exploders while invincible. Also watch for the hive/meteors incoming at start of each level... losing 4 hearts in 1 shot makes it very tough to recover back to full lives.

Why is this called Space Trooper USA? In what way does the USA have anything to do with this? The planet you're fighting to protect is a barren rock, not the United States. The bug aliens are not American bug aliens and there's nothing to indicate that the trooper is American. Maybe you could put a little flag on the rock, and the trooper could be fighting for... manifest destiny?

A few tips to get to the higher levels (got to levels 30+ with this tactics):
1. The powerups cycle when dropped from a nest, allowing you to choose the powerups that you want, make sure that when you start the game you pick only power (fist) or shooting speed (bullets).
2.The nests drop as asteroids and make a shadow on the planet before impact, beware of them.Otherwise you will die instantly
3. At the higher levels the exploders (that will be black these levels) will always spawn from nests so make sure you kill the nests before you try getting rid of them completly.
4.When a nest is destroyed the part of the planet wich it were on is completly healed, use it to your advantage.
5. Try to use the invincible mode to finish off the last nests and exploders, and heal the planet by the way.
btw 5\5 ... awesome music, very original and nice graphics.

Pretty cool game, especially when the explosions were reducing it to lava. I managed to get both upgrades by picking the upgrade at the moment it switched, worth a try.

Surprisingly good game, but it very much needs an online ladder. :) I got 215,398,100 points (got a screenshot), anyone I could compare that with?

22 762 570 is my score :P Fun game, got to wave 18, but you can't really go much further than that... My whole planet was lava

This game has some significant flaws, the foremost being the issue regarding movement and firing at the same time. I am all into realism in games, for example movement spread, but the charecter in this when firing single shot with single mouse clicks has a real issue with accuracy. the second issue is the matter of the incredibly short tutorial. We dont know whether or not to go for the powerups in the beginning, are they helpful or are they bombs that the spiders leave behind ? This game has great playability but lacks in simply usability issues. a levelling system would be great to add extra depth, but if you want an arcade angled game it was good 3/5 but easily 5/5 with the aforementioned issues taken of.

Answer to all who ask why to send him there, his leader is a fan of darth vader, he claims the planet to be death star.

Wave 1 to 10 wasnt that hard, rushes it with invulnerability so the meteors land on to me, but i only got one fire speed upgrade besides that.. So when i ran out of invulnerability, it became a bit overwhelming ;P

i got an invulnerability powerup and a meteor landed on me and exploded to bits and i wasn't harmed at all! felt so good ^.^
i was like "in your face!!"
