Hey guys i wish this is helpful, get the chalk and the sponge, when your in the reincARny,do not go to another place,stay there then change the sign to 2000 then the quest will say"Hit me Barkeep"then the rein carny takes the money now go into another place then go back, the guest is out

an acheivement: erase the writing on the board where the guy with the broken phone is. leave it like that until he asks for another drink. you get the acheivment "on the house".

There is still a glitch where if you help the drunk in the bathroom first, the guy at the bar won't say 'hit me barkeep' and you cannot continue! Its very annoying.
