Best game, but it takes ~30 min to learn. Decent strategy, and lenience to play campaigns above your level lets strategic overachievers have fun too. Not play to win at all, well balanced. Top game I've ever had that's free.

For the last 25+ years, I tell every gamer that comes to me with their own system the same thing: if you don't bring something brilliant, fun, or with a great story, why do I want to stop playing the same games I've already been playing for several years just because you have a new idea to sell? DnD as a card game? And not even correctly or overly well? No thanks. The graphics and board presentation are good, but everything else needs to go. And it's not a true TCG either: with real CCGs you can, you know, TRADE cards. Double wham. I also don't need the game reminding me what I don't get for being a subscriber, nor the dungeon master from hell, so there's another couple of strikes. So, yeah, I'm just here for the BotD. At the goofy, grammar-horrifying "Limited By Your Own Imaginations" sprawl, I figured it was gonna be bad, but not this bad.

It turns out that it doesn't take THAT long to get the easy badge after all although it still takes half an hour. That's normally a medium badge. It's long but easy.

My "arcing spark" only allowed one target to be selected. The other two had cover from the caster, but not from what should've been the arced-from target.

Also, I tried to play it on the original website. I tried to register, but the username was taken. I assumed this was because I also tried to play here, and it told me the name was available, then it told me "Connection failed. The server or your internet connection may be down. Please refresh the page and try to login again." so I reloaded, and haven't been able to get back on since. I then tried to log in with the email connected to my kong account, but it says that email is not registered. Do I just have to make a new account?

Naud1234, the tutorial doesn't count towards the badge. The adventures start to count when you start your own party. Plus the microtransactions have no important effect on the game as far as I've seen and you don't need to do them.

I've played since the first year this game was out, and though I may leave for up to two years at a time, I always come back eventually. So here I am, once more. :D

I loved this game, but it didn't give me credit for the easy badge even though I already had the medium one and unlocked most of the game years ago. While trying to play through an adventure it locked my whole computer enough to require a fill reset - twice.

Terms of service in a Flash game. I completed 2 battles and it doesn't even count as a single adventure. I'm going to give up on this one. It seems like one of those games where even the easy badge takes like an hour or more. Full of expensive microtransactions too.

Excellent! Lots of work went into this, the flavor texts are creative, game is quick to get into, the difficulty curve seems to be a bit on the easy sidem, but I'll see later. All in all, very enjoyable. / and well deserved.

After an hour of battles and the like I went looking for a walk-through for the easy badge and couldn't find one, no idea what I am supposed to do... this is an awful choice to make botd

The first TWO battles are merely tutorials. Ugh. And you can't play the same battle in the same day to get to 4 quickly. BRU-TAL.

A simple mistaken right-click is interpreted as a regular click and it makes me play the card, and I didn't want to play the card. And I can't not play the card. Is the easy badge not hooked up? I just played 2 games and it still says 0/4. I don't appreciate card games, I don't like that sometimes my player is simply stuck doing nothing. A really well-done game, except for the gameplay.

To devs: intended or not, when you close a weapon's description, all its cards make noise. Like, the "Card Close" sound is played multiple times at once.

This game is full of players that harass other players by using the “report system”. Talking out issues is strictly forbidden and it appears the players that do these actions will never come forward…. Free pizza is offered as a reward for a system not mentioned in the new player guide and players will do the worst things to get it. It’s a clear case of free loaders running off paying or normal paying players. The game is fair at best, the support is WAY too invasive and ignorant; censorship is dogma….
Be warned before spending money the staff bans and warns on whim. they are not concerned with fixing an issue... BANS increase during the holidays... The game should be pulled due to abusive and offensive behavior. It's a game to bully ...
