Also, when i used the hammer, everything in your chest went flying across the room, so i cannot put them back, but hey! I got an A++! Good thing too, your gonna need a lot more surgery. What? congrats! The surgery went well your chest cavity now contains 2 hearts a bunch of broken pieces of ribs and a scalpel

Hammer time is fun and all, but it makes the patient lose an entire liter of his blood. Instead, I used a safer and more humane way of breaking the ribcage: smashing the new heart into the ribs over and over again.

In the first few seconds i got my hand stuck under his rib cage, then after five minutes of trying to get my hand out i grabbed the heart and dropped it in. After that anything that was already inside him was on his face or the floor and i dropped the heart on the floor when i accidentally pushed the all the knives and pins in his organs. I cut him multiple times with the scissors and the back of the hammer, and dropped blood all over his face mask. I lost the cloth cover that was on him, so i just left before i made it worse.

Smash ribs with hammer, rip out lungs, chop out heart. Throw new heart into gaping hole...CONGRATULATIONS! A++ WTF?!?!

Today i learned that if i smash someone in the chest with a hammer to preform a heart transplant the operation goes well only leaving the patient with a deformed chest and crushed dreams. -Dr. McClumsy April 1, 2013.

I now have enough experience to perform surgery on myself...now before i bleed out, anyone know how to put ribs back on? And where can i buy hearts? Maybe i should have planned this out more >_>

Tearing his ribs out: Easily done with hammer, saw, or even scalpel for no blood loss.
Tearing his lungs out: Easy. You probably did it on accident in removing his lungs.
Removing his heart after all the veins and whatnot have clearly been cut: Nearly impossible without just randomly jabbing at it.

Is it a good heart transplant if I use the new heart to break his rips, and knock his heart out, then stab him in the heart vessels in order to cut the old heart loose, just to put the new heart inside the guy with the hold heart? TLDR I broke a mans chest with his new heart.

side affects may include soft chest due to loss of ribs difficulty breathing due to loss of lungs pains from sharp medical instruments and of course i lost my favorite pen in your chest so see you in two weeks...

After successfully breaking his ribcage with a hammer and tearing his lungs off of his chest with my bare hands without making him bleed, shoving a saw and a knife in his heart and simply throwing another heart in the hole that once was his upper torso, I can safely say this was a successful operation.

Wow... once I worked out what I was doing, I got a saw and cut open his rib cage, all the while shouting "Jesus Christ". Then I threw some cotton buds into his chest cavity, ripped out both his lungs, and stood there while I watched him die. It was fun.
