To be wholely honest, this was a good game based on the novel, however, aliens vs whales? very creative. Next we shall have titans screw with the whale.

Pretty fun concept but very fiddly controls and jumping makes no sense. I got pretty many points in both speed and diving and I'm not even close to the UFOs. And this is only on wave 19... holy crap there are 50! After some grinding I managed to reach 15 achievements at least, so badge gotten.

Sir, there's ALIEN ships flying above us! They could invade us anytime, maybe we should... Captain: KEEP SHOOTING THE BIG WHALE!!! By the way wave 50 is way too much lag for my taste, but still good game 4/5

Started off pretty fun. The focus on achievements in order to gain upgrades fairly reasonably emerges quickly, which isn't too bad if they are completed. However, from 40+ onward and maybe earlier it's just the same stuff over and over again. So monotonous.

its not that difficult, just takes forever to get to wave 50.
you need boost for some alien ships, and boost+diving for the ones above the clouds.
start off with hitpoints and regen, then size, then defence, then speed. dont even bother raising longer breathing and longer hunger, they are worthless.

no matter whale's destroying the ships,what will shipmen will be thinking when whale is jumping 110ms,or killing alien,or even bitting the moon??

No matter my size and speed, those small two vessel ships always require two hits.. :/
I think it'd be nice be able to completely destroy a few ships that are ants compared to my size, instead of having to whack at them multiple times...

I would LOVE this game on Fullscreen. I've clicked another open tab or one of my bookmarks half a dozen times because I'm so into it I'm not paying attention. If it can be implemented you get 5 stars and a favorite from me!

When it said the martians came to see Moby, I maxed out diving, speed and turbo, and jumped for about 5 minutes, getting 250+ meters each time.
Imagine how foolish I felt when I found the martians.

Got all 40 achievements and hit wave 50. :)
Remember, you get upgrade points for achievements, so focus on getting as many as possible, if you do this, the game will be easy. Tip - upgrade regen and you won't need to eat, it will heal you faster than the hunger can damage you, this will give you the time you need to leave a ship or 2 alive and focus on achievements like the moon bites and bird/fish extinction. ++ if you found this useful!

Controls can be a pain because it is so easy to go out of the area. My big gripe is that achievements you unlock don't save until after you manage to beat the level you are on. If you die, any achievements in that level are lost. This makes it difficult to get the much needed upgrade points.

PRO TIPS: Maxing out HP Regeneration makes you invulnerable to hunger, giving you unlimited time to complete a level and allowing you to heal as much as you want between attacks. This also saves you from spending points on the Hunger upgrade. And if you max out HP Regen AND the HP upgrade, you'll be pretty damn hard to kill.

Tips: For the most damage on ships, on later levels (much later) or on slow machines, use the lag to your advantage. There's the "wobble method", which is to have your whale be nearly equal to the surface of the water and then lower him into it and back up to breach again while on ships for massive damage, and the "flip" method, which is to circle your whale just below the surface of the water under ships, these methods are very good ways of getting a high-score. Plus this to help more players.
