gonna stay with two stars. good game and all, i just hate when you can't improve your competency with a weapon, can't find anything, and your people die or leave too fast.

Finally made it past Jonestown and into Union City. Lost most of my fellow survivors in Jonestown, last guy fleeing when the wall broke. I just used the AK47 to keep the zombies at bay, buying myself enough time to kill em all and make it through. Almost 1000 zombies killed, anyone care to give me a soda?

When you lose and it lets you retry, it should let you retry the level with all the survivors you had when you started the level. Because when they die they cannot come back and when you retry the level, it should be the same as when you started it

I have found a quite a useful glitch! When you find the chainsaw and the revolver, set chainsaw as primary and revolver as secondary and press accept. When the screen goes black switch weapons, then when you start the horde you should have the revolver with 50 ammo! I have not tried with other weapons so you can try for yourself. It works for me, rate up if it works for you!

cheats if u want to get on the leaderboard 1 dont play any other games and play it all day 2 just kill zombies and protect ur people 3 when ur barrier is destroyed go to the back and use strong weapons like a bow or the hunting rifle .And to the developers it is not right that ur guys get killed and the barrier is still there and if u die there not there when u restart.

The trick is to rescue survivors and help them stay alive. Equip them fairly and distribute your fire power.
Once you have 3 or 4 survivors, the zombies can hardly reach the barricade.
Do not underestimate the compound bow. It has great stopping power, especially with head shots. Single fire but quick reload, so you can get in 3-4 arrows into the fastest and hardiest of zombies and kill them before they get to the barricade. Landmines right at the barricade also helps save your survivors in case one of the weapon-wielding undead get too close.

If you don't hit the face, shoot at the legs. You need more shots, but they are easier to hit.
Use one gas zylinder to stop the first wave each day. Landmines can do that as well, but they don't run into it always.

Medium badge for reaching Union City... Zombies with weapons can kill survivors in 1 hit... Tanky fat zombies with cleavers... Too many Sprinters...Please make this game easier.
Finishing LS Union City in hard mode is even easier to be honest.

It's a wonderful game, but there's one thing I truly hate...When your survivors die and you die.
Then, you restart to see you're now gonna have to fight all alone...Yeah, that's not fun at all.

heres something helpful for you....if you are going to have a retry button that takes you back to just before the battle, it should restore your survivors and traps...otherwise its fu**ing pointless to have that button. game was fairly entertaining until my whole group died and I hit retry, only to find myself alone with no traps...done with this, as I sure as hell aint starting all over after nearly making it to the end. oh, and one last thing, so at the start the barricade which was made by 1 person is 80 hp, so why is it with more people the barricade gets weaker in each subsequent area?

So guys found a wonderful glitch. Before each level click space 3 times and the gun you have in the 2nd slot ammo goes to the first. So I have the bow for 1st and uzi for 2nd, and when I do this glitch my bow have 50arrows!

I really, really hate the fact that you lose your dead guys AND your traps if you have to restart the stage. It makes the stage more and more unwinnable. If I'm going back to the beginning of the stage, why do I lose guys that supposedly never died?

Here is a few tips to make sure you survive til the end! 1: Do not give AI survivor's shotguns, sniper rifles or the chainsaw. They either use it badly or don't use it at all. 2: Search gun stores and malls first. This should be obvious. 3: When you get the chainsaw MAKE SURE TO USE IT. It is one of the best weapons. 4: Do not use all your traps at once. Conserve them for jonestown. While there put a explosive barrel above and below the zombie's entrance. Just shoot them when a big horde comes in and its basiclly instant kill on them.

If a dog can be standing right in front of you while you cannot possibly hit it, and if you cannot aim at a zombie who is less in front than another one, you know the aiming is game-breaking bad.

I respect the Last Stand games, they're fun, just make them a little more realistic with weapon damage, or zombie health, or zombie health compared to weapon damage, or if I run out of ammo let me just quick switch to my other with a full clip rather than automatically reloading, or having to watch my clip before it hits zero to switch then do the same with the second, which then leaves 2 guns with 2 clips both around zero...are we seeing some flaws here? :)

I figured out a glitch that lets me get double the 'regular' amount of supplies each day. After selecting the buildings to search on each day, but before clicking OK, click on the journal thing to the left of the search map, and then click OK. It will go to the search results page, and then after you click ok there, you are moved back to the search map, and after you close the journal on top of it, you can click the search OK button again and get the day's supply finds a second time. Not sure if it works for survivors, repairs, or works multiple times per day though.

It's also amazing at how I can get near the survivors with a Uzi or AK-47 and not damage their hearing. I mean, a chainsaw would make them complain.

For all the starting people here, here is some info.
The first place has 2 dudes, a revolver, and a chainsaw.
If you go to that grove place you get a bow, a shotgun, and 1 dude.
Then you go to aspenwood you get a hunting rifle, a saw of shotgun, 2 dudes. Then once you go to that Jane place you skip it. Then you win.

Barricade breaks and my survivors run away, I fend off all zombies with a hunting rifle, but one military grade soldier is left and I can't seem to kill him with a hunting rifle, and eh makes it all the way to me running and kills me... nice. I see why they ran away.
