A good idea would be to give people access to more commands, so they can complete the level no matter what and then do highscore or leaderboard to have people replay and optimize their commands to slowly get better, rather than get frustrated they cant get the exact commands you need for the solution correct. Just my five cents.

Great game! Ive had much fun playing it, and its very challenging to say the least, even as a programmer. Its a lot easier with more than 2 functions and infinite slots, if you program with, for example, JavaScript. Being a programmer isnt THIS hard.
Some tips to improve the game:
- The drag-drop system is a bit funky
- More music
- More levels
- The ability too use 3 hints (for the people new to programming)
- I think theres a lot more possibility if the blue platforms light up if you walk over it. This frees some slots up for even bigger levels.
- Same with jumping down a platform, why not just walk down (and freeing up a slot) and make bigger levels?

I want to be a programer when I'm an adult... but I bet programers can get past Level 8 without a walkthrough! Ragequit!!!

I exited the game and looked at my profile, and the badges were awarded; they just didn't show up on the game popup ....

I don't understand why I need to push space to go to the next level of an otherwise mouse-only game. I had to test to make sure I understood which the program read (for some reason I was expecting top-to-bottom left-to-right...), so the lighting commands thing suggested in a high comment would be great. It feels a little easier than most drag-n-drop systems I've used to drop in the wrong square, so an undo feature would be nice; if I overwrite something I might not remember what I put there. But those are all little usability issues on top of what looks like a pretty cool puzzle :).

Cute little nerd game. It would be nice if you could play each level over individualy, so you can try to get fewer commends in the higher levels without playing all the easy levels over and over again.

Ok i just finished the game and i gotta say that the harder level is the 10... 11 and 12 were kinda hard (11 harder than 12) but the 10 is about 2 times harder than 11 and 12 together :I

Huh. Lots of commands (199), but took me less than 25 minutes. Not sure if that means I should go into programming or stay far, far away. My love for exact answers and a 9-5 workday says the latter...

Didn't realize how rusty I'd become. 148 commands tells me I need to hone my skills.....
Then again, #10 took a lot of thought...

lv11 tip: function1: f2,f2, tL,jmp,tL,f2,f2,tR function2: light, fwd, (repeat). you figure out the main method yourself.

for lv10, i won't spoil the whole puzzel, but to give you a tip: for one of the functions, write: forward, forward, forward, jump, light, turn left, jump :p

For level 10, you'll need a function that can walk that s-shape on flat ground and up the stairs. There's no penalty for making your robot run into walls or jump randomly. Good luck. This is actually the hardest level despite not being the last.

I got a bug for you. I'm logged in-obviously, I mean-and I hit 'load game' and it sent me back to level 1, when I was rather farther in before; it happened twice. That'd be all, and a good day to you.

At 10 it's fairly easy to figure out the base of your F1 by pattern; from there you have to maximize steps taken with F1 and F2, and minimize steps in your Main Method! :) It's a very fun level!

Enderherobrine: f1 activates the first function, the function works like any other command
Main: Forwards, f1
First function: Turn right, forward, lightbulb
Output: Goes forward, turns right, goes forward, lights up

I wish there was a level selection screen, showing the number of commands you used for each level (and possibly the lowest known number of commands for that level) so you can go back and try to optimize your programs.
