Great game. I loved the last one too. However I think I found a bug in the tool tips. it seams that the infector towers or towers upgraded with memory leak don't keep track of the damage they have caused due to the infection.
I know it's quite minor, But I'd love to know just how much damage my infector tower with a memory leak upgrade is really dishing out :D
Last I checked it did keep track of this. I'll have to test it again when I get a chance. Do keep in mind if you have multiple towers applying Memory Leak to one enemy it only assigns the damage to one tower.

How to defeat glitch enemies(jynx' wave) on last level challenge mode? There's no range upgrade. Scanners can shoot from out of range but are weak and only have three upgrades. I can't find a strategy more thoughtful than "make lots of everything and hope for the best". It's the only thing in the game I can't beat.

You know.. i would really like a Sand Box mode to have fun with.. unlimited Memory you can choose which level layout you wanna use.. and send the programs you want.. cause i want to see stuff such as 5 Junx 6.0 Against 10 sentry's and etc
The duration stacks for all debuffs. So applying two memory leaks would make it last twice as long. The Memory Leak and Infector debuffs do stack separately though.

This game is quite challenging, but fun. The difficulty rises quite nicely through the game, and it's never a walk in the park to complete the next level. I do think that the Monster levels are a bit of a pain.

A rather unique way to play a tower defense game. So many possible combinations for tower upgrade usage and no direct penalty for recycling/selling. This game has so much potential.
Kongregate moved the save location. You could try moving the save files from assets.kongregate.com to chat.kongregate.com but that's a bit complicated. Here's the locations for firefox and chrome if you want to try:

That might be caused by an interaction with the Global Upgrade that reduced cooldowns as well. If you had it at the max level that would seem to make sense since it applies the Global Cooldown second. So if you fully downgrade the Global Cooldown it might reduce it by 20s each time. I'll double check it later when I'm at my other computer though.

I think I found a bug: The Cooldown Duration global upgrade doesn't seem to actually reduce the cooldown. It certainly doesn't indicate the reduction in the program descriptions.

Here's a screenshot of lvl 35 beaten in challenge mode http://imageshack.us/scaled/landing/507/54357772.png. The green square is the approximate area where you should activate both focus and brute force for the jynx in wave 10 (i think). You have to use focus twice on that wave. Sorry about the popup I accidentally left the fast forward button on for too long but you should be able to see the towers an add ons.

A good tip with the Glitch enemies, is to make sure your towers are not within their range, otherwise, they could zap it, forcing it to reload. It's the same as if you moved the tower to another spot. Use the 'Range' upgrade, so towers can safely attack. Remember that you can now stack multiples of specific upgrades now too. (Like a tower that only holds 2 upgrades, could hold 2 'forks' or 2 'ranges', etc.)

Most designers spam "edgy" and "hardboiled" cookiecutters. Meanwhile, whoever Spook's designer was feels... childish.

Awesome game. Kongregate really needs to add a badge for obtaining all the in-game achievements though. I feel like I shouldn't even bother with any of the challenge modes (although I will because this game is awesome).

Overall the game is amazing.
I would like some way to skip in level dialogue, though. It's frustrating that Jynx can take up valuable screen space while I'm trying to clean corrupted tiles.

level 20 tip, try using a glitch and a centipede at the start of each portal while paused, unpause and see if it takes out enough towers to help

to asbjoernboecker:"Vodnyk, if you have +1.2 poison damage, then it will damage 1-1-1-1-2, it just "builds up" the extra damage." I thought it should work this way, but it simply does not. If you have 1.5 damage it is still 1-1-1-... you have to combine it with amplifier to have any effect.

if you still you compressors later on expands are useful ,time boosts are useless since it already stacks its projectiles (but i went to level one to try it out it was practically a mini gun) attack boosts are things that never fails to help, and lastly links are very convenient

Another one of those games that I never expected a sequel to. It all feels very familiar. Didn't change much, but Monster Mode is pretty cool. Overall it's still a great game even if there's no major differences. Like seeing an old friend you haven't for years. 4/5

Remember: When you change the difficulty, the walk-through button changes too. There is a walk-through for easy-hard... and one made for challenge difficulty.

So, quick question, does memory leak (or infector) damage stack? Like, if I have three memory leak upgrades on a tower, will all three deal dmg? Also, when I saw this game I was psyched. Haven't played a td in a while cause they get so repetitive, but I played the first ghost hacker and knew this would be worth playing. Thanks!
