This game is pretty lousy. No variation on the theme...granted, there are a lot of "retro" platformers out there (some pretty good, too) but I'm not a fan of the "you can only walk forward" schtick. The "plot" of having your wife kidnapped feels tacked on and superfluous, too. 1/5

Would have been a fun little game if hitting the jump key always made him jump. In a game where timing is crucial, intermittent failure of the controls is a huge flaw.

I had to restart some levels for 4-5 times to only see how levels look further. The should be option to see whole level before I start to run.

This game is clearly Science Fiction...
... and i don't mean the UFO part, but the fact that the woman was ready to go before her mate!

Fun little game, not much depth in the regular game but the additions of "bonuses" and the double jump at the end were helpful to keep things interesting. Bonus levels were great - I could've easily played 3-4 of each type and not gotten bored.

Its a fine concept, but its too damn hard to jump for some reason. In a game that consists of, um, JUMPING, that's a bug that needs to be fixed.

Simple one button input so *obviously* the game will be incredibly sensitive and responsive, allowing you to jump every time you press the button and immediately after the button is pressed. LOL NOPE. GL with figuring out the lag/unresponsive pattern. You'll die a lot in the process.

Does anyone else have a problem where you can't get past level 5 because the blocks crumble the instant you step on them (vs when you step OFF of them as the game says they should crumble)?

It's so hard to make him jump once! He only seems to want to jump every other time I press the button. I try holding it for longer, I try pressing it so really hard, I try caressing it, nothing seems to make him want to jump!

The only thing that makes this game slightly difficult, is the slow jumping response. And on some other levels, this reason means you need a lot of precise timing. Still a good game. 4/5

Man, worst medium badge ever... Ending wasn't surprising at all, and there's something wrong with the game registering input for jumping :\

Worse than having tight jumps is simply not being able to tell where a jump will be safe no matter how much you know about platformer physics, platformers or physics.

Fun game, but it has several Unforgivable Sins of Gaming Design, particularly 1. Forcing the player to DEPEND on the wonky controls to achieve the objectives, and 2. Making it nearly impossible to beat a level on the first try. Good game design should involve a challenge, but not just rote memorization of a level layout and many frustrating tries just to get the wonky controls to land you in just the right spot. 3/5.

I love the concept but the execution get's so incredibly tedious that I literally started at lvl 3 thinking, "This is a 5-star game," and the boredom got me down to 3 stars by level 16. This is because it's not a, "Wow, this is challenging!" But rather, "God Damn that jump is tight and I move so bloody slowly that it takes 20 seconds to get back to where I am."

The hell is this a medium badge? No, I am not going to do all this work for 15 points when I can do less in most other games for 30.

Interesting and creative but too irritating. Honestly, I just didn't care enough about poor Betty to play each level multiple times because I didn't jump quite soon enough, or I overshot the landing.

Almost unplayable because of crappy responsiveness. And what the hell is with the 5th stage blocks? They crumble the milisecond I touch them

Typically when there's only one control you would hope that it's been finessed. That doesn't seem the case here. Staircase jumps (like the ones you see first on level 7) become aggravating because you have to hit at JUST the right moment or Mike decides to impale himself. (It must be fun, he does it constantly.) Allowing us to slow our horizontal movement for a moment, dropping faster or giving us more control over our jumps would fix that, but mysteriously we have none of those.

What is the purpose of coins? I expected a different ending after collecting every coin, but I still got a 'bad' or ambiguous ending.
