Started with disease in Madagascar, and with the added trait of Mutator. Unfortunately, despite this trait, when the disease spread to all regions, the vaccine was deployed and I lost :(

1.) Pick Virus. 2) Start in Canada, New Zealand, Cuba, Greenland, West Europe, or Madagascar. If you do not get there restart. 3) Sell the starting symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless it is what you started with, just keep it). 4) Buy 1-1-1-0 resistances but no transmissions (they trigger closures). 5) Once four countries are infected, sell sneezing to get rid of visibility. 6) Wait until all countries are infected. If Madagascar closes its shipyards/borders or is not infected in 30 days, restart. 7) Buy all four drug resistances AND sneezing, coughing, and vomiting. 8) After a few days, unlock tiers 2-3, (do not buy tier 4 ever!) keeping whatever symptoms it gives you. 9) Buy fever, fatigue, diarrhea, pulmonary edema, and hypersensitivity. A great disease for me had no symptoms, and no transmissions. (e.g : airborne, rodent, etc.) It infected the whole world, including madagascar and greenland. I then got pulmonary edema and wiped out the earth. Also, you can infect madagascar if the port is closed. Ever noticed tornados and things like that? They can spread your disease around to nearby countries. This is how I infected madagascar in another game. Keep this comment alive please.

I love how when 95% of my world was infected and some of them even forsaken, Greenland had their airports and shipyards open. Greenland is total opposite of Madagascar.

Started in Canada, no luck on getting to Madagascar but infected the rest of the world. Started in Peru, same result except I didn't infect Madagascar and Cuba. Started in Madagascar (yes!!!) and the disease didn't spread at all...

A good thing to do is Sell all of your Things like Fatigue and stuff, then by Rodent so it can go to every country, then by All the drugs and Cold and Moisture, Good stuff to infect Madagascar, or watch a video
