Finally got the impossible badge. Drug resist to 4 is the key to kill everyone fast enough.
Get the deadly kidney failure and hemorraging + as many of the other symptoms as you can. Started in Madagascar and did it with virus. World dead on 05.11.2008

Madagasgar is roughly twice the size of New Zealand.... Naturally, the smaller island should get an airport in addition to a shipyard. It makes perfect sense.

Well I got good news and I got bad news. The good news is I infected Madagascar. The bad news is another country sealed itself off from the rest of the world. Grrr.....

I finally start in Madagascar and am super excited to finally have a chance at actually winning (I didn't, but that's not the point). Disease starts spreading everywhere, governments start shutting stuff down, etc.. Except... Madagascar... The only thing they shut down was public transit... I infected, literally, everyone there and they didn't close shipyards. I swear Madagascar is like that one friend who doesn't want to help you with anything, but expects you to come over and help them or they'll do something to spite you (like leaving their shipyard open).
