I am so confused. Maybe my game is glitched or something, but so far all of Africa, the Americas, the middle east, Europe, and Australia have shut down their ship yards, but Madagascar is totally open. What's going on????

All I need is to infect madagascar!!! They shut down way too quickly that it's impossible. Even if you start out at madagascar it's hard.

I had never got more than people 100 infected and had no deaths, and the president of Cuba shut down all trade before I could get one infected person off the island. What happened?

When you start in Madagascar but not a single infected person travels to another country before the shipyard is closed.
