It would be cool if you could add positive effect to your virus that decrease the lethally of it but also would decrease the visibility (you know because people won't care as much if the virus makes them sneeze if it also does something good e.g. immunities them from something else)

I am so confused. Maybe my game is glitched or something, but so far all of Africa, the Americas, the middle east, Europe, and Australia have shut down their ship yards, but Madagascar is totally open. What's going on????
