the 40 days limit is bullshit, also some states will caost 5000 a day on injections and theres only 1 person healthy who doesnt even get it

how u end the game? I have everybody dead or immune, all airports closed and seaports too, borders as well, then i nuked all citiec panic is red and full and its neither defeat nor victory

i loved it, needs to be a little more like the real USA, spending as much as they want, not caring bout a budget, and more fear over the disease that killed less than the normal flue

I think I lost by panic... the meter went red, the game made a sound like "Aaah!" and the music stopped. But the game just kept going. Eradicating the disease and passing the 40 day mark (for Hard) do nothing. I think this game needs a feedback tweak.

Win any difficulty: First, close all access (seaports, airports, Mexican and Canadian borders), and keep them closed. Before the vaccine is discovered, distribute masks to infected states and spin the media if panic is too high. After the vaccine is discovered, spend exclusively on vaccine distribution. Use the population panel (monument icon, upper-left) to find the states with the largest healthy populations; distribute to these states. Run the operation for a day or two, then cancel. Bounce state to state, always immunizing largest healthy population.
Pro-tip 1: when nearly everyone in the hospital's state is immunized (this could be 500k, 100k, 0, depending on the size of the healthy populations elsewhere), close the hospital to save money
Pro-tip 2: launch vaccination campaigns between 1 and 3 according to the in-game clock and cancel them between 10 and 12 to maximize the number of people immunized per dollar spent

there should be a super noob mode where as long as no one in the country is infected you win IE:one state protected and rest destroyed

Tip: the average government is the hardest to work with. Play on easy mode to get used to the game and unlock open government. Then complete hard mode with open government to unlock closed, and do it again with closed before trying it on average.

Turns out living through a much deadlier pandemic than swine flu helps with this game. I've been treating it like the federal government should have, mandating masks as much as I can afford to and curfews when I can. Smooth sailing

I was just defeated by time in extreme mode because the only infected left refused to die... Damn you West Virginia!!!
