The win condition isn't tripping for me. I'm sitting with some dead people, a bunch of immune people, 0 healthy, and 0 infected. All borders, airports, and seaports closed. It's just sitting and running now with nothing happening

8 million people in New Jersey successfully immunized --> riots occur. Either the 3 infected people left qualify as a riot or these people are really ungrateful

Sure would be nice if states turned blue as they're innoculated. It would help see at a glance where your solid walls against infection are.

Maybe a bit too easy. Just hand out face masks until you have the vaccine, then vaccinate the population centres. Even on extreme it's a walkthrough.

Best way on hard for any governemnt is to buy masks until you get vaccine, and ban the domestic travel, and then immunize the big states; Illinois, California, Texas, Pennsylvania and New York and Georgia, plus extreme policies helps but only use if you can control Panic.

There needs to be a higher difficulty than the current highest. I won via eradication with less than 1% of the population dead. Extreme policies is also ridiculously overpowered.

so the entire country is clean except for about 5 people in one state and your deadline is approaching fast, lets spread the infection to the one state that you haven't imunized

Easy game. This step-by-step works even in extreme mode:
1. Close the airports and seaports from healthy cities.
2. Close the borders from Canada.
3. Give masks to the people until you research the vacine.
4. Vaccine the healthy cities to isolate the infected ones.
5. Wait while the people die, or try to save some souls.
6. Control the media or you may lose due to panic.
P.S.: If another city gets infected in the first day, restart the game.
