I played this game yesterday and commented on how it was visually striking as a flashgame, but that the control scheme was a bit stiff....so I came back to play it again. I realized something.
.....the controls aren't "stiff". Their BRUTAL! How am I suppose to navigate a fall down a "rabbit hole" with buzzsaw blades coming in all directions and then safely land with such terrible controlling?
..and the money scheme is ridiculous and almost scam-like. Bad idea, guys.
I can tell that there was some love put into creating this and anyone can be an "armchair" critic when judging someone else's creation...but, this game had the potential to be one of the best on Kongregate and then lost it. Make upgrades a little more accessible or watch the gameplay diminish.
Graphics and addictiveness-5/5
Controls-2/5
Money gain- Are you/kidding me?

@waiting and a Grimmy mode where all freds are put in an empty hallway, one is chosen as grimmy, the freds start running, then grimmy can throw scythes at them! if there is a nearby scythe, fred's screens will say "warning!" also, grimmy can spawn "rooms" like if grimmy clicks the buzzsaw, there will be a buzzsaw "room" ahead! yep, this NEEDS multiplayer.

It would be nice if you could synchronize everything you unlocked on your phone with the things on the PC version and the other way around because i almost unlocked the second level set on my phone and i have to start over on my PC

So my record for survival on Normal mode is 1973, yet it wont allow me to play on hard, saying I haven't run far enough yet. I got past 1500 a few more times to see if that would work, but it didn't...

"Mistery" is spelled "mystery". I really wish people would figure out how the F to spell again. It's kind of terrible.

Its a good game and all... but the prices are WAY too high in the shop, the curve of how long in the survival you would need is insane, ive been playing over an hour and a half just to get one upgrade, and no, it wasnt a character.

Seriously! 1,399 for the second upgrade for the Chicken Flap but 999 for the 3rd on both Wall Grip and Wall Bounce. Somethings not right here. Also, why does it suddenly become rediculously expensieve after the first buy!?

So yesterday I played this game and I was told it saved on my kong-account. I spent some kreds to get some skulls and today my game is deleted. What the f!ck it that all about??

The endless cave needs more walls. The majority of the upgrades goes to the skills with walls (wall run, wall jump) so when you enter endless cave, the only real thing one needs is double jump, which makes it a bit plain. Also, I agree with the overpricing, you might want to turn down the value or increase the revenue on the endless run.

The "Hard" difficulty setting in both survival modes are currently not working.. I have completed the 1500mts challenge and have repeatedly gone through it and its just not working.. Have tried refreshing, restart and such. I would love to see this fixed as it worked perfectly fine in the apple version. Thanks :D (Anybody else have this problem?)

I'm probably spoiled by more adrenaline-rich running games like Canabalt and its numerous clones, but I just didn't find this game very engaging. The level design is nicely atmospheric, but the actual obstacles are a little bland. (Razor pendulums? What, again?) Many of the upgrades (like the double jump) feel superfluous, and all of them are overpriced. This is not at all a bad game -- it's certainly no worse than competent -- but it feels like it's trying to be too deep for its own good. Sometimes less really is more. 3/5

fix the hitboxes, adjust prices for stuff one really needs(new levels) and this game has potential.
Also fix the bug for next difficulty not unlocking in survival

the fact that upgrades are so fkin expensive and you get crap for coins, makes what would have been a cool game suck.

Nice game but could use some mirror to see how close reaper is or if he gets closes so you can notice him and start running faster :]

spikes keep getting me even when I'm half way on the otherside of the hall unless I jump. collision detection needs some improvement. Also the horizontal spiked cabers need a little more spacing so bunched up can hope to see where to move/jump

I am disgusted that you use cheap tactics for income, for trading fun and the players enjoyment for a micro-payment waste of time. I routinely get scores above 1000 on nightmare difficulty, which is the fastest way to get coins other than paying, and it would literally take me hundreds of hours for some costumes, and dozens just for basic skill upgrades. The highscores are skewed in that someone who pays kreds has a huge advantage over those who don't, and that isn't what games are meant to be about for players. 1/5 from me.

Hint: Fred will burst into a bloody pulp if you slam him against a walle hard engough
Ok, I will keep that in mind...

Getting money isn't that hard. I got over 1k in about 2 hours. First you need to unlock Nightmare mode. Thats hard work, but with many tries, you can do it! Just go to Nightmare mode, die once, change difficulty to easy, and you get the same amount of money you would get from nightmare, except its on easy.

This is a good first pass at a game. Things to fix : How close is the grim reaper behind me? Does getting a speed boost make him farther away? Do the unlocked avatars give me any kind of advantage? When sliding the camera angle is terrible. Is there a way to make it moveable?

some of the level the timing is inconsistent making them virtually impossible and what about the saw blade that fills the whole damn screen. I was quite enjoying the game until that.

+/- 1 minute to win 10 coins on survival. For hard difficult you need 20 minutes of gameplay. The same for just one upgrade level 2, or almost 2 hours for the 3rd level of an upgrade. Something's not right here. 3/5 for that...
