@Delosford Don't worry, we can rebuild it as many times as needed. After all, congress being open for cat speeches is more important than schools having textbooks from this century.

Will there be any updates to the gameplay soon? I'd like to see some new bills such as:
BINARIES
- Creationism/Evolution in schools
That's all I can really think of for that...
Also
Increase/Decrease neuroscience research
forums.cloutiverse.net, specifically the Clout/Announcements forum lays out what future updates I have planned for Clout. Also note that gameplay will change a non-trivial amount when The Lobby is released to the public.

I like how developer actually responds to every comments, instead of just responding to comments in the early days of the game and then stop responding after a long time.

Okay, okay. Maybe we wouldn't literally ride it INTO congress, but rather ride it TOO congress. No wall crashing, everyone has their little pony.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Delosford Crash through the wall, probably. Or maybe you could just ride the thing to congress. Might scare the shit out of your opponents if they see you ride a tank to congress and come out with two bazookas in each hand.

Hey, if you have five energy left and you use an ability that makes you pass out, does the ability still affect the bill?

I like this vehicle idea. How about tanks for those with military service?
This opens up a whole new category for relics!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Delosford, I have an idea! Add a new slot called Vehicles. Motorcycles, horses, giraffes, anything, ride it straight into congress!

I supported this game from any other games in Kongregate! I love how the Developer responses to comments and take feedback into consideration! I love the part that, although you need Kreds to get all the good stuff, it STILL can be earned without using a single cent! I LOVE THIS TYPES OF GAMES! I would like to suggest something: Add some 'Extras' in the game to make it more fun! I know there are some extras that make it fun, but i'm not satisfied ;)

An average day in Clout: Carries a M60 Bazooka and M60 Machine Gun into Congress. And fainting on the spot. Yup, An Average Day!

hmm, a guy is opposing my bill 20x , and i can't take any action against him ..."not allowed to ...newbie" not fair, one could use newbies to oppose bill, for no reason
Multiboxing isn't allowed, is stopped to any meaningful extent in an automated fashion, and would result in repercussions for the main character if an established player did it.
Guess the stalkers modified something at some point. I'll take a look, though really the prohibition is for your own good. Not really sure how you expect to do much with negative Clout.
The growth rates don't have a direct impact on nation rank, though obviously you won't have to wait too long before the negative growth will start to drop the nation rank.

After scrolling down the list of bills I can introduce as a green party member, it is my goal to legalize homicide! Hmm, I wonder if I could win re-election on that ticket alone?

Honestly, the relic farming assholes aren't such a bad thing. If they're desperate enough they'll help you pass bills!
No, you can go negative once if you play an ability that costs Clout. You can't play it again while in the negatives, though. This is so you don't spend all your Clout buying an ability and then end up unable to play it.
You're not really supposed to know what bills do. It was intentional that you'd just have to make educated guesses about the outcome of bills as a real Congressperson would do. You're all a bit spoiled with the player-run wiki having 5+ years of player-deduced mechanics and stats. In the early days, nobody knew jack shit, and that was how I liked it. It was really pretty hilarious to watch. For me. Since I was the only one who knew what things did. I was inspired by UO, which had totally opaque mechanics in the olden days. It made the game a lot more interesting since you didn't worry about numbers and such as much as doing things. Though there was also a site called uo.stratics where people would figure stuff out and post it over time, which I thought was neat, too.

I think there should be some sort of cap on how much people can play on binary bills. For instance, .001% or some such would prevent people from playing against it anymore, or 200% would prevent people from playing for the bill anymore. It's just annoying to see floods of 100+ plays after the bill reaches 0% or 100%. I feel like this relic-hunting energy wasting is getting in the way of the rest of the game.
Notice how relics aren't being given out for those bills anymore? That's not a coincidence. The protections against farming needed to be updated considering they were written for 1/10th the playerbase.

So far, this game is awesome. Another great game in the "Text-Based" Genre! Puzzling my brain with Politics while discussing bills in "Party Chat" and "Global Chat" will always get me thinking, "How come no one came up with this Idea before?" Thank you, Delosford, for bringing the Kongregate Community this Great, Humorous and Simple game!

@anto, what you can do is, open an ingame link a new tab, then copy it and paste it somewhere you can access from your phone but noone else can (or, as i did, PM it to delos) then copy and paste the link into the url bar on your phone.

@delos, no it definitely wasn't on cooldown. it got fixed (and then failed). but theres plenty of weirder things in-game that are meant to happen.
