The citizens of countries are mostly buisennes men. when theres a bill like max wage then it would obviously get challenged. Though something like "Repeal child labor laws" would be ignored and passed. The citizens call challenges on bills and your only chance of getting a anti-capitalist bill to pass court is having lots of anti-capatilist supreme court....am i right
?.......therefore citizens only call challenges on bills that will give them cons and not benefits.

I scored a gaff with "Equate Taxes To Thievery" on "Regressify Tax Law". How does that make sense when regressifying reduces taxes?

@balony67 Gerrymandering is the process of altering voting districts to make the vote lean more your way whereas think tank payoff allows a bill to get a boost by paying people, illegally, to help with the process
The scepter is a lavish display of wealth and makes people dislike you. The trendy smartphone decreases it as it's something trendy (ie purchased for reasons other than its merits). That's the theme of that line of T3 gear.

how do you introduce bills in the foreign relations because the introduce button is not woking for me is there something i missed out or do u have to be tier 4 to introduce those kind of bills or something?

There is a bug about the supreme court: If more than one challenge ends at the same day, the second message just says: No justices voted to upheld and no justices voted to strike it down.
Hm... I have noticed this bug, but I think it's happened even when there was only one challenge in the day. I'll be looking into it after I finish most of FR (possibly today!)

i believe that the greens party win bill should be changed. the real greens party would NEVER go out of their way to kill people, they'd just completely neglect them, so it could be, for example "cut all public health funding"
Legalizing homicide is exactly what you describe. It doesn't encourage homicide. (also, I've actually gotten a lot of gleeful comments from green party members about that bill. I know more than a few of those types IRL and they do actually hate humanity/think we should all die. It's an oddly common opinion amongst them.)

@billybobojo: Yes. Also, if you have the skeletons in your closet trait and you get investigated on a really serious thing (e.g. assassination) you can get sent to prison and therefore have to restart.
Only the background trait "skeletons in your closet" can result in prison. Most scandals are indirect/suggestive enough that their discovery isn't really sufficient for a criminal case (or it's about something that congresspersons have immunity for).

I had an idea! For the campaign contributions, the contributors wouldn't want to give money to the congressman, and then have it fail, right? So, for every time a campaign contribution fails or just sets out and rots, the remaining contributions are devalued, and if they successfully passed a contribution, or several of them, they get a small boost in value for the next contribution they accept?

I CANT BELIEVE YOU WOULD PASS A BILL LIKE THAT! I VOTED FOR YOU, BUT ID WONT BE NDOING IT NEXT TIME I ASSUME YOU THAT!
What???
It's never strong/weak, costs more energy than a normal ability and does a highly random (and potentially large) amount of damage that can be negative. The ability texts are mostly gibberish/random political gaffes.

is blackmail scandalous? if so doesn't that mean you could blackmail someone for blackmailing someone?... for blackmailing someone.

For the Speaker of the House, are you going to implement a system where instead of all CT4 party members are up election, each party will elect 2-3 of their own CT4 players? This could say run in the Party Chat and last 1 week those with the most votes could then advance into the actual Speaker of the House elections. This would help cut down on those thinning votes from there being too many people to nominate.
I will be making it so you have to nominate yourself in order to be electable. For technical reasons this is much easier to do right after I run the elections.
um... it's been 2000/box since I introduced the feature prior to the game even being on Kongregate.... I think you may be misremembering or perhaps experienced some kind of bug.

"Some paparazzi got pictures of you smoking a cigar, and now it's in headlines due to the general anti-tobacco sentiment of the nation." Good think I wasn't drinking liquor or there could've been a riot outside my house.
If you die/get unelected, the piece of equipment you're wearing in that slot will be moved to your deposit box when you die. Primarily this was introduced for people with custom items, so they could wear them but still save them if they were to unexpectedly die.

Amazing Game. If you are a fan of satire, politics, Those Facebook Mafia games or even just old school Text Based RPGs this is the game for you. Delosford did a great job and he's great at Bug Reports too. 5/5.

oh. I didn't know there was a limit on the clout tier of the founder of a bill to play a CC on it. it does work on a CT 4 introduced bill, and I think I was trying to play it on a CT 2 bill.
I can't remember exactly how I limited it, but the inductor may need to be CT3 for a CC... though I thought that only applied to PP. I can't really remember how I set it.

i think the conference comittee cooldown might be broken. I played two (on two speperate bills) 2 days ago. Now I can't play a conference comittee on any bill.

This is actually a pretty addicting game T.T I commend all the effort that has been put into it. I further compliment how active the developer and supporting cast members have been. My biggest complaint is....why do I get addicted so easily XD. Great game though!

I'm not one for religion I am an atheist but the majority of the world is not crushing it is boutist and to you people from the USA look it up. also why dus religon deal with polotics. (srry my spelling is horaboul)
This game is about the United States Congress, where the majority of members identify as religious, and many as devoutly religious. The more devoutly religious are not shy about stating that they make policy decisions based on their religion.

Just out of interest why did you put battlestar Galactica characters as Secretary of State, President, Vice-President and Secretary of Defense??
As a joke. Originally it was a far different set of characters that had more to do with the political aspects of the show... but they all got assassinated.

The research comittee seems to have a bug. I got the message that the commiteed bill failed to pass despite of the bill being active!

Also, it would be awesome if there was an inflation dynamic in the game. When salaries go up, campaign contributions and management should yield higher rewards.
If I did that, the amount salaries moved with the passage of the bill would have to go down as the effective increase would be higher across the whole game (and kind of difficult to compute/control).

I read the proposed changes list and you are absolutely right. This game definitely needs Cthulhu. Ia! Ia! Cthulhu fhtagn!
