Playing against purple, at some point he had 3 creatures, I just one. He had 9 life, I just 2.
Then he played the "acquire 2 power by losing 10 life" card.
...I guess you have a problem with the AI :D

card games : the most lame kind of games.
Only 8 year olds still play with cards, I also did at that age.
On the computer card games are even lamer.
Im voting all card games auto 1/5.

Better than other card games IMO, because you get to control every unit precisely (choose to defend or not, choose to attack or not...). Still very much luck based (particularly for the 7th challenge, it's better to keep restarting it until you get a decent starting deck), but the ungifted AI makes up for this ;)

This game is too easy, the computer is 100% stupid. And also there are some useless cards, like 2 mana - heal 2. Play a creature instead with 2 power, that can absorb 2 damage, and there, you have a creature too.

Holy crap I remember This game.
You acquired this badge on Nov. 17, 2008.
It was better than Kongai and better than Tyrant. And yet no sequel.

"To make it slightly easier, your opponent won't have Drain Life or any insta-kill spells" - yeah, but he has unblockable attackers and Frailty (which kills creatures of power 2 or lower).

Bug?: Was playing final challenge, opponent played "enforced silence" and the card never went away: 1) was up for 5+ turn for a card that has a max limit of 3; 2) opponent never played the card again (via text)

Enforced Silence is far too OP, even when it doesn't glitch. Stop your opponent for a turn, and usable in any deck for the cost of spending one turn increasing purple power?? Yes please.

Blue isn't OP. It's very, very good, but I think White can take it fairly. The real problem is that there's no multiplayer, so OP-ness is measured more by ability to confound a rather simpleminded AI than actual powerlevel.

Blue is OP. I was paying one point for four power. Hive Mind x3 and swarm the field with low-cost cards. Throw in some railguns for in case he destroys your Hive Minds or throws out some defenders before you can get them out. The opponent will ALWAYS use his defenders on the railgun if you attack with it first.

2x J'arden, 3x Scyth Elite, 3x Battle Cry, 1x Mobility, 5x Scyth Blade, 4x Memory Serpent, 2x Ward of Light. All you will ever need to for the challenges.

glitch on countess noleva challenge if u leave on the first turn w/ out picking getting power or cards the box that asks you wont go away

bug: enforced silence should last for 1 round but i just played a challenge and won because the opponent couldn't play a card for the whole game ;)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
if u play enforced silence on the first turn before playing anything, ending your turn does not register and it never ends.

On Challenge Seven, just as Rovak is about to draw his last card, the game stops. He won't draw the card, and there is no way to advance.

Despite all the negative comments, I enjoyed this game, much much more than tyrant. I agree that it feels like playing magic...but thats a good thing. Magic is one of the best card games there is. Its a complement for this game to play like that one.

Its a fun game, but its kind of a complete remix of Magic The Gathering. Thats not a bad thing, but its obvious that MTG was your main source of inspiration. I love Magic and I found this game to be very enjoyable. Its definitely the best card game on Kongregate in my opinion. Kongai sucks, and Tyrant is a scam. Please make a sequel!

Good concept, good production values, terrible balance in execution. There are 2 or 3 very specific tier 1 decks possible, and everything else is subpar, due to a bad comprehension by the designers of how their game actually works.

BUG: In "Spies and Courtesans" I started out with a first-turn silence and then on my second turn did the same. Third turn I actually clicked a Feral wolf, which was summoned. Next turn I summoned a second but the first one auto-attacked, no choices, etc. from me and no option to attack with the second. Now my stupid wolves just attack every turn and I don't get to cast spells. :(

I wish it wouldn't auto-increase my power if my hand has 8 cards and I have more than one power color to choose from.
