For those wanting the badge? Don't fill the screen with webs. When the web breaks, all adjacent parts of the web break, too. So make a "funnel web," with 4 smaller webs in each corner, and a huge hole in the middle. When one of the smaller webs breaks, it's a much simpler task to repair that corner, especially with the 'income' from the other webs. Also, it's nowhere near as hectic the whole way to the bat.

I beat it using a fabric pattern rather than classic web pattern. PROTIP: You can build a small web about a third of available space, so you can eat all the insects you catch.

This is one of the shortest and easiest hard badges I've seen, gotten in 10 min. Basically ignore your center web to start (Let it break if you've got health) and build up your corners. Make them basically solid. Whenever you see a Stag and a Dragonfly, eat both and build up your edges more. Stock a few moths, at least one dragonfly and/or stag before you eat them, and some ladybugs. Whenever a firefly or queen comes, cancel all else (yes, even golden web) and go eat it. Eat butterflies and birds ASAP, they hurt, try to get them after eating a dragonfly. NEVER expand, just keep reinforcing. Eventually a bat will hit your near-invincible web, and you can eat it. Try using a dragonfly to eat it and get rid of big bugs/summoners before starting.

My web just broke for no reason on level 6. there was only 4 flies on there spread out but the whole thing just fell away....

They said fireflies were rare. I almost believed it until I got bumrushed by six and then swarms of moths and flies utterly destroyed the entire structure of my web and I didn't have enough to rebuild a single strand.

There should be SOME compensation for loosing your entire web, having full hp then having one stag beetle totals a major web just ruins the game, With full web you can make a barely ok comeback, but the moment you attempt to do it with anything less it's like using a car with no gas. Except all the gas stations are pitiful jerks that never do anything you ask.

I've found it beneficial to only web half the screen. Sure, you only catch half the yummies, but you also only catch half the big scary shit, and use half as much web. And most of the evil stuff can maneuver almost all the way across the screen.

it gets so that if your successful you cant eat fast enough to stop them from weakening your web till it breaks theres so much, moths are good but eat fire flys fast or a swarm of moths will total your web completely. has a great base but needs a lot of work. 2.5/5

How to Bat: Build webs in corners. Work until you have a funnel around the outside. Bat just takes a little time. Stopped eating at stage 14, with about 60% of my outside web solid gold thread and tons of stuff trapped.

Please add a mode where you have a period of time where you have to just build your web before the wave starts, kinda like a pseudo tower defense. maybe add upgrades as well?

Web the perimeter and forget about the center. If you do this a lot less bugs will hit your web and when it breaks only a portion disappears, the rest stays intact.

wow, was doing great until butterflies.... one butterfly, went stright ot the middle of my web, had it to where i could hold 3 stag beetles at once, nothing was where the butterfly flew into my web, entire web broke....

Is the web programmed to break? I can't handle that part... I always have it grided with the most perfect web, no stag beatle can take my normal webbing, let alone my golden support webbing, then, snap.

Oh these first 4 levels were a piece of cake. I've missed all of the stag beetles and bee's. What'chu got, game maker? Fireflies? HA! I can take these on! *2 seconds later all of web is filled with moths and breaks* ._.

@Shasini, it goes as far as possible when creating the web, if it doesn't make it to the point where you clicked, it is because you did not have enough web to lay down.

@Shasini: If you're low on webbing, the web'll only go as far as possible. That's why the web-building sometimes takes a shortcut rather than go where you tell it to.
