TIP TO DEVELOPER (some farmed from other comments): *1*. _The Wave Timer on level 4 & in Survival Mode_: The timer for the first wave needs to be a bit longer (or Tip #2) The timer for the next wave should not start until you kill the current wave. *2*. Switching to RTS needs to pause the wave timer, being that it makes you unable to control Dem. *3*. Fix the issue about enemy mortars; either decrease their range, allow UEM units to detect/fight them, or give us mortars. *4*. Dem needs to walk/run faster. His immobility makes the game very frustrating. *5*. Either make units cheaper, or make them less stupid. Rocket soldiers standing idle while under mortar fire, and infantry units advancing, trying to kill tanks instead of drawing back and shoot, and such are some examples.

armadillo tanks and arty thrall should be prioritized above all else! after all they deal the most damage to yer troops..

this is the first flash game I have played that had voice acting, AND the voice acting didn't suck. Great game 5/5 I wish there was more run in gun action though but strategy is pretty fun too.

movment is slow, avoiding bullets is impossible.. needs to have a road to walk up and down on so u dont only have 1 straight rail to the right

I first played and finished this game several years ago on AG. I'm totally, definitely sure they didn't abandon the series or anything.

Any MtG fans here? Because as I went through this game, the Hybrids started sounding more and more like the Phyrexians. A few similarities:
-Ascending from mortality into immortality.
-Achieving god status through machines surgically introduced to the body.
-Disregard to life that refuses to accept their "gifts."
-Surgeries that mimic or mock nature.

i Agree with other posters. This game has a lot of potential to be great, but... The crappy mobility of dem, the slow scrolling, and the enemy mortars make the missions way too difficult and frustrating. So, many dialogue boxes during the game I can barely see and control whats going on while I'm being blasted by enemy mortars. I WOULD LOVE TO LOVE THIS GAME BUT IT HAS FAR TOO MANY BUGS TO BE WORTHWHILE.

Where do I begin... You need to add a difficulty setting. The game has this whole "sink or swim" learning curve. Furthermore, the enemy mortars are way overpowered. At least lower their firing speed or explosion radius or something. Your character (Dem) moves way too slow. The cutscenes are way too long. Having your character be idle in strategy mode is stupid. It makes him into a sitting duck. And when you're in the middle of battle, you can't really bother with strategy mode. Make it so strategy mode "freezes time", or something like that. Other than that, I think it's a good game with a lot of potential. The voice acting isn't terrible, the graphics are pretty good, and the story is fairly interesting.

Yeah I can see where you're coming from. I think better phrasing is in order. For a brand new game, not yet patched, these issues are just the creaks and groans of a newly built house as it settles. You just need a little more detailed thought added into your game that's all. :)

'+' if you agree, echoes is pretty good for flash but it could do with different difficulty settings mainly because your teammates are often shit and have no brains, 1. needs more time between each wave because it is quite annoying to prepare as it can take a while, 2. wait till an entire wave is destroyed until the timer for the next wave starts because it can get quite hard with multiple waves on you, 3. multiple layers for combat ie. you can move up and down to avoid bullets and outflank enemies. 4. more resource points in survival (the drills) 5. And finally just to be a nice feature when you purchase an unlock-able unit (when they are locked) at the vending machine you could get a free one spawn at it. That is all for now.
