Of course, if you want to go back to kill aliens you've already killed, do so. And dont forget that you can buy upgrade's in the middle of nowhere on a place infested by man eating aliens, while your project is extremely secret and no-one knows of it. And if they knew, you wouldn't had to buy it, because the most people would probably fund you for saving their lives. Most people. Not all of them...

the game lost all of my data when i finished getting to the meteor, and then it locks up on me, i refresh the page and every thing is gone, like it never happened. i am extremely disappointed, please fix your bugs BEFORE publishing the game, example, have family members or freands play the game, you can miss things others wont.

...dev i feel i must let you know that fire would have absolutely 0% efficiency against a jet like this, the friction it gets flying through the air at the supersonic speeds it reaches probably causes just as much heat as the brief bursts of flame from flamethrowers...also flamethrowers have a max efficency of about 20 feet, way too small to be effective versus aircraft, solid game but either bad research or you just didn't give a flying ---- about making it accurate

i muted the music and the sound effect, yet i still get sound from the level complete screen? I guess no one really likes to listen to music while playing a game, right?

The controls are very sluggish with the WASD layout for some reason. Also, with all the drops and the shots, it's hard to keep track of everything at once because the drops are so large and the bullets are so small.

You know the recession is bad when 'Mankind's Last Hope' has to buy his weapons and equipment straight from the military.

A fun, straightforward shooter. Generally well executed, with a nice upgrade system. My only issue was the amount of noise on the screen at times. Overall though, great. Contains the usual requirement of suspension of belief inherent to most shooters. Take off every zig.

@feralfalken I Think the score is calculated in the amount of damage done and damage taken; the more enemies you kill the higher the score you'll get, however it goes down a bit every time you take damage, it's not proporcional, so you can almost die but if you killed everything you might still get a pretty high score.

Why do people keep confusing infested with infected? Infested means being inhabited by a parasite. Infected means being inhabited by a virus or bacteria. Parasite's are multi-celled organisms while viruses and bacteria are single-celled organisms.

I'm a tad confused at the ranking system (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) I can do lv 3.0 and barely lose any health, but only get silver. On the other hand i do lv 4.0 and lose almost all of my health and still get a platinum. Anyone have any explanation?

The upgrade system reminds me of a famous (in Japan, at least. Although still famous among mech fans) Strategy RPG series known as Super Robot Wars (Taisen)

easy 2-2,
1. Kill the 1st form.
2. As SOON as the dragon emerges hit PAUSE.
3. Wait for its health to fill up.
4. Unpause.
VOILA! target practice :D

1. why cant i just fly over the mountains and go that way?
2. why do i have to shoot the boss with conventional weapons? wouldn't i just have to jab a syringe at it?
3. ever heard of an EMP, General dude?

I think it would have been interesting to have an energy weapon version of the explosive weapon master. As it stands, you really are kinda shoved into using explosives for maximum dps.

So wait, a meteor crashed into the base, military weapons were used on the aliens on the base, then it was nuked, yet when you fly over it, the buildings are still intact. What are those buildings made of?!

I literally used a homing missile with a stapler with the "c" key to win mission 1 with 0 damage without being in the room!! XD

the hitbox for our plane is ridiculously larger than the plane itself. this is a really... moronic mistake, imo even a first-timer flash game creator shouldn't commit such a fixable mistake like this.
