Excellent game. Idea; combinations of same type of objects (e.g. pure gold helm, pure gold gloves) yield partial / full set bonuses. That way 'bad' but related objects combined may beat 'good' but unrelated objects. The idea of having two types of items (items in yellow boxes you keep with you, items in red boxes that disappear over different games) is fun. But just a thought experiment. What if you can upgrade items? what if you can break down other items for fabric you need for upgrades? What if the gems you find are ingredients with which you can upgrade your character, e.g. currency to BUY f.e. magic skills?
If magic really was ranged it would be much better balanced. What if some enemies also have some range? Would change the dynamics in an interesting way. 5/5 from me!

@DemonDriver You can get bigger potions that are cheaper later.. And healing spell. Also you should use Escape Wings to heal to full hp.

@Goldmage56, its made this way so that you have to fight for keeps each time, and it doesnt let you cheat towards collecting everything over and over again, thats why there are artifacts, so that you can keep those, and receive better stuff if you play more.

A Masterpiece of a game, my only complaint is that the "Dragon Slayer" sword doesn't kill the baby dragons instantly. (Yea, I'm nitpicking a little)

OK I did it but I had to grind for gold quite a bit after dying on level 96 and getting stuck on on level 79 restart. Great Rogue-type game (yes it's Rogue, not "rouge"...)

Joesgrrl said: "Loving this game! Only "complaint" is that I can't look at what medals I've won."
WIIoverlord says: "Click on the golden chalice on the title screen to see earned metals, and the sack on the shopkeeper's shop to see obtained artifacts and gems!"

Maybe it's just me, but I found the final boss to be a bit...lackluster. Regardless, I found this to be a very fun game! Definitely a 5/5 in my book. :)

Was having a lot of fun on this game, got to level 96 on my second attempt, used the wings and now I can't get anywhere because I start on level 79 and have no gold for potions. 4/5.

I find joy being able to kill everything in one hit and having gold up to my ears... Course to get to this I died several times screamed, yelled, blew up stuff, destroyed many computers, and tried to strangle that blasted shop keeper with his taunting of epic loot.

why do poeple make awsome games but when you die ingame you have to restart the whole game then need to make a game where when you die you restart the level + if you agree

why do you people rate down some post asking how to do something? Sure it says how to ingame, but theres no need to simply rate down for that.
@death6661 drag the spell onto your character or to the mob, depending on the spell

Plug-in crashed at lvl 69 then I was returned to lvl 59 with gear and spells that could withstand about 3 mobs before dying.

I prepared a lot of healing stuff to go to the final boss ... and finally use none of them, almost disapointing ^^ But good game

It would be better if you healed (say 10% health) every floor you cleared, otherwise, it's too hard to progress on floors past 19.

Nearly done with 200 floors and STILL no footwear artifacts. Other than that, addicted to this game. Great alternative to NetHack when yer too drunk to make good decisions! :D

@1223tr That's supposed to be like that. When you escape, you keep all your gems, money and artifacts to start a new attempt to go through it all.

this is sweet it would be even kooler in a mmo but whith more than dungeons like you walk around killing zombies and what not doing quest and you can make a group and go in doungeions with them the get super kewl stuff thumbs up if you think so.

it's really funny, after you've won, to just play it again because everything gets hit for like 500 HP and its all insta-kill.
