It's lame how it shows all these cool abilities that you have to be a higher level (lvls 8 and up) to get but you can only reach lvl 7! 4/5 I hope you can reach lvl 12 in future installments...

4/5. For an rpg, this was really well done. The combat system was really well thought out and I didn't find myself skipping over the conversations like I will in other games, but I was really disappointed by the game's short length. I also feel like it's also not really possible to get the highest level upgrades for your characters, as you can't grind (enemies stay dead).

If the game crashes for you when you try to get in to see the king, reload the game and load the auto save that was created when it froze. That was all it took me to get it working again. Sadly this won't fix the badge issues.

to all of u whining that its worse than origins or not worth playing if u have origins, this game was released before origins on the dragon age site and if u beat it you could get special items on origins. the game wasnt designed to be amazing, it was to get people interested in origins.

Just tried the game at 6:55pm EST and the game loads fine but still no badge of the day for reaching the black gate of Orzammer. Please +/- this comment so everyone can see if others are having same problem.

At last EA make this awesome game out to Kongregate! I was wondering there's flash version of this game, and now I find and play this game! Thanks to EA!

Good game, professionally done. Too bad it's so linear; you only have one way to go, one set of enemies to slay, one story to discover. If not for that, I'd play it again with a different character. Thus, only 4/5.

An excellent game, but not all that challenging even set to hard. I would recommend anyone with experience in strategy RPGs to jump straight into the hard difficulty setting not only for the badge but to also avoid making the game a total cakewalk. Also, save most of your money for potions and such because I kept finding good equipment in the field that made most equipment in the store a waste of money. Overall, it's very polished and well-made but I have a feeling that we'll have to wait for the sequel or expansion of Dragon Age before they make the second chapter of this game as a tie-in.

Dear Electronic Arts and/or Bioware: just because it's a Flash game doesn't mean you can bash something out in an afternoon and expect it to reflect well on your brands. You're a (part of a) multi-billion dollar corporate entity: there's no reason it should be below the average set by small teams of people with jack for resources. Please at least try to make your marketing tie-in stand on its own merits, lest you convince people that the real game is just as bad and steer clear.

Im a HUGE dragon age fan. Origins is probably the best RPG bioware has ever made (suck it masseffect) So it pains me to see that journeys is no longer supported. I got the chance to play this at launch thank god. But coming back to revisit it is painful. But thats EA for ya. Bastards...

im not sure whats wrong on other ppls save files, but for me all badges works and this game is not that long that you need to make a break until you reach the "end" for the hard badge (auto save works fine for me)

Just LOVE it. Finally an free RPG game that delivers storylines and experience close to "actual" games, without resorting to silly gimmicks. Apart from the glitchy control system (go up I said, not sideways), it's a new fave of mine.

Everyone complaining about the servers... please read the "update" section under the "game" tab. It explains it. Furthermore, reading all the information in the "game" tab reveals why this game seems to be "such a big rip off dragon age origgin 0.o"
