I see why people are saying it needs mouse control, but if you're used to playing with the keyboard (I've been playin Raiden-ish games for years on the computer), then it's not really that hard. I was a bit confused on how to kill the boss in his final form, but I figured it out eventually. Expert mode is difficult, but not impossible. It's a great game, anda great concept, and I'd love to see badges for this game someday. 5/5 and favorited.

Pretty fun. It gets prohibitively difficult rather quickly, though. I agree with the requests for mouse control. I've yet to try it with a 360 controller, but I can't imagine it being more difficult than a keyboard, with is rather clunky for control schemes. Especially for stuff like this where you're dodging and aiming for very small objects.

HOLY **** THIS IS HARD!
stage 3 was too hard not to get hit cause those guys that you have to hit from the back, they turn too fast!
stage 4 enemies that teleport away!? WTF!?
also, mouse control is a plus

Really really needs mouse controls. Keyboard controls are way too clunky to be doing intricate dodging. Add it in and it's a nice game.

Edmund makes such great games. This game is quite hard, but if you keep get the sheild upgrades as soon as possible it becomes easier

This game is well executed and nice to look at. It has no quality option and sometimes slows down, which can be fatal. It's concept is flawed: it expects you to run towards the things that are trying to kill you. It's good for a game to be challenging, but since it requires a strategy like that it's hard to blame yourself when you are killed and far too easy to blame the game. 3/5 stars.

Is there a reason why I don't hear music? I fall in love with Edmund's games because of the music... What am I missing?

An extremley creative game that deserves respect. Grey, or Gray Matter brings in a complete new and fun perspective to shooters and plays extremly well. The concept is a stroke of genius, and the overall game is very well executed, but there are some factors that prevent it from being a 4 or a 5. The action is short lived: it is fun for 5 to 10 minutes, then turns into a bit repetitive due to same enemies, and the constnat running hitting, and dodging. It needs more colors, in my opinion, but even if you want to stick to the same colors, at least add some more grey or black. Good concept, good gameplay, but add some more new enemies or concepts, because this has so much potiential to be amazing. Keep it up!

neat little game. two questions - Is there any use for boost, ever? Moving that fast seems like suicide. Also, is there any way to beat the boss without dying first?

Very interesting game. Good concept for thoose of you who need music for a game to be great i have one thing to say... get an mp3 or ipod. Games don't need music its just extra's so stop whineing about it. 4/5
