it's a rather bizar but unsurprising irony that what's doubtlessly the best game on kongregate has such low rating, while the most boring stock tower defense games have the highest ratings.

This game looks great, and I disagree about the poor level design. In the first stage, all you can do is move right -- and that's all you're supposed to do. After that, the game explains a bit more, and challenges you to find the switch. Admittedly this game is about as non-casual as Flash games go (with the exception of maybe Warbears...), but that's definitely intentional. Oh, and "escape" pauses. At that menu, people who know me well can probably guess what my one complaint is about this game.

This game needed a sequel a long time ago. I have had my hopes up for a long time since it said "Episode 1" that there would be a second episode, but never has there been. Perhaps for a sequel now that you are better at programming games, have a more updates physics engine, a slightly more reliable method (but similar in structure) to move legs, and have the plot be something about the Tri-achnid, now all grown up and much bigger beginning some sort of fight back with his babies against those other monsters, and perhaps some new enemies?

i love this game, i absoloutly adore the characters and think they are so cute! and its a really moving story...but i feel that it cud hav bin better without having to tediously drag the egg around...the controls are a bit frustrating at times (but it might just be down to my crap gaming skills)

if ppl ask if they are male or female in the game, if you look at the litle larvea, it sais that they will be on their mothers head, so you are female in the game, so just look there and you will see it ok?

I can't go to level select without beating the game, but the only other option is new game. How do I get to the level I was on?

No wonder the rest of the tri-achnids couldn't run away from that thing that ate them. Apparently, they're species can only move one leg at a time. Good game.

I've recently discovered that the space key on this computer doesn't work when I'm playing a game... well, some games. IT SUCKS SO MUCH NOT TO BE ABLE TO USE SPACE!!! T_T I still love this game, though. :D

please make the controls a little less fidgety I don't know how many times I had to restart the level where you repel down to the next platform because of my head hitting the platform, thus making me drop my egg sack into nothing-ness

awesome game. i think i'v played it five times all the way through since i found it. did you know that if you put a bird in your mouth, it will make you fly? you cant control it though, so it's best to keep tethered down with web. the bird in level two is how you get to the floating island at the top, which has a larvae on it. anyways, love the game, triachnid 2 would hopefully be awesome as well. XD

@theraygun trust me, that was hard. @madness it wasn't hard if you put some webs down and hanging, just chase it around and KABLAM it'll get stuck, shove it in your mouth and move on.

The story is amazing and depressing. The game is a marvel and graphics are well too.
This game is one of the few flash games I love, you deserve soe real respect. Good job.

Turns out the creator gave up on this game. Nothing will come back. I love this game so much, I still play it. Why would the creator even give up on such a beautiful game?

I've been waiting years for Tri-Achnid 2.....Why won't it come out? I need to see a happy/bearable ending for the poor thing...I feel sorry for it...no human could survive very long in a desolate, empty world without help from others at such a young age...

this game is amazing it kinda inspired a paining of mine i think there should be a tri-archnid multiplayer on a huge map or somthing and you can customize the tri archnid of ur schoice and fight. add a + if you think that would be cool
