would be nice if there was cosmetic damage and friendly fire - it just seems odd that the people can survive getting bunker busters dropped onto them yet explode if a tooth scrapes them

is it just me, or that the worm can really "fly/glide" :/
it's possible not to touch the ground at all in the later levels...

I really like how the upgrades are balanced.. One is usually geared towards survivability, and one is geared towards adding accessibility/challenge, you can basically CHOOSE the difficulty curve as you progress through the game.. That alone gets this a 5/5..

I wasn't sure if I liked the game. Then the worm evolved so large that it filled up the screen and I couldn't see anything but the blood-red border and the word "RAMPAGE." As I heard the cries of countless deaths, I was happy. Complete. One with the ever-growing worm. I like the game now.

Tip : for 100 combo its really easy just upgrade all speed blood fangs and set yourself on fire then fly alittle bit up and keep going :)

Absorb ground nutrients is essentially god mode, since no matter how beat up you get you can just submerge and eat lizards back to full health.

wings plus the ranpage bigger mouth can get you the medium badge in a few rounds... just skim along the ground and eat everything.

When you get to the end of the game (sandbox mode) maybe you should be able to change the upgrades you gathered during the game? overall 5/5, always love games like these!
