My hand is killing me... but it's my fault. On every level I choose to ignore the objectives and level all the land around my people until they accidentally win for me.

Game doesn't seem to work. I just get a disk-like thing in the upper left hand corner and a black screen for the rest of it. Developer needs to fix the game! Good thing apparently I already earned today's badge, but I'm really sick of seeing so many broken games on Kong!

yeah firefox broke a lot of these old games. still works in webkit browsers. sad fate for a lot of really popular badges on kong

The fact you can't move at all during the "build land" portion of the tutorial, and the dialog box you can't close blocks part of what you need to see is pretty annoying.

1/5 bad game style. i dont know what this is supposed to be. graphics are garbage. confusing to try to get invested in. music that matches the garbage graphics. gameplay that matches the graphics and music. i dont know how the developer decided that this was a good product. this should not have even left his mind. 1/5 bad game, bad everything.

If you just want the hard badge, the Water Storm spell is completely broken and easily exploitable. The way that it works is it removes the top layer of land from the entire map. So, if you simply start each level building one higher in elevation than the PC, you can just cast it a few times and your people will be on the only land left on the map soon enough and the the enemy armies will all drown. It's a boring way to win but this game gets pretty grindy at the end and this is by far the quickest strategy to win.

the minimalistic approach doesn't do this game any favours, though it doesn't hurt it either. the music, on the other hand, doesn't fit the game at all: i can imagine it fitting just plenty of games, but this ain't one of 'em. the game itself is boring and i can only see its mechanics getting aggravating with extended play, though i didn't play past the first few maps. personally, i think i got lucky, it was kinda easy, though i didn't want to press my luck. interesting ideas, bad execution. completely.

most op totem is the tidal wave its great if you have a level higher than one then just set your troops to build settlements and let rip with the tidal wave totem you rebuild your settlements instantly and the enemy are left floundering in the water

Annoyingly/surprisingly: I was able to start using the keys to move around again after making the comment on how I couldn't.

Just as olus2000 said, all you have to do is build a huge plane with max level cities once you've got some more strength than your enemies, just attack them and use your powers to help your soldiers. BTW, in my opinion the most OP and fun totem is the Fire Mountain.

For later levels, build your houses at the highest possible point. That way, you can use water storms repeatedly without even wasting any soldiers on fighting them. It also covers the whole map, so all other enemy tribes will get caught in the blast.

The winning strategy that works for me every time is to terraform eerything into a plane to build as much castles as possible, and then switch to attac mode to blow away the enemies. No thinking necessary.

anyone else get stuck on 6, no just me, ok. way to much mana for some simple spells that you cant control and the AI on level six start off way to advanced. also if im a conqueror why do my people always start out like the village idiots. and someone please fix the camera angle, that hurts my head so much, and the little grey bars on the bottom hurt

I did not find level 19 hard at all. Level 30 was the hardest. Spam thunderstorms and swamp and increase cities to castles, and you are good for most levels.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i will agree with some other that level 19 is REALLY hard, took me a lot...i made it on first try...but i made every other level in the first try too, and comparing level 18 to level 19 difficulty i would put it something like 1:10, anyway, i will tell how i did it...you have a lot of ground to retreat, try to fill it all and make it plain so you can make big settlements, at the same time, spam lightning storm on enemy, when you getting enought mana/second...if enemy gets to have like 6 big structures put a fire mountain on it, dosnt matter if you kill the guys, you will leave a mess and the enemy wont be able to settle there, some fire storms sometimes will help too, when you have covered all your groud, you cant retreat infinitely, tell your men to start attacking even if you losing, to contain the enemy, keep doing what i Said before so he starts losing ground (the strongest enemy) and at some Point you will have much bigger land and army, you will destroy them easely after that

Very addicting game. My only complaint is that it does not really tell you what things do like forest. I think it heals the bad attacked ground but not sure. If it does it is ushaully just faster to drop the ground into the water and rebuild it. Also ushaully teriforming everything into a parking lot will win it for you. Which is the first thing i do drop my starting base to sea level.

Fun fact: the starting island on the Whirlpool Totem stage is one of the Space Invaders.
Yup, that's right, Space Invaders.

Harder AI is really needed, had no trouble whatsoever with any levels. They also don't expand much, especially compared to your extremely cheap terrain modifications. Also, lightning storms are super OP
