Zac Field's YouTube walkthrough is an invaluable asset for this game. It probably would have taken much longer to complete if not for that

Why when you fail at the cemetery, can't you go back ONE step to "try again?" Why do you have to start all over? This gets extremely tedious and frustrating.

The thing I really love about this series is that there are moments of high tension where you have to fight for your life, but not one of them is a quicktime event. 5 stars for how well those are handled!

These series is a masterpiece but, please, for God sake, stop forgetting punctuation! It makes some sentences very confusing to read.
Thank you so much! And we really apologize about the grammar mistakes, you're right about that. It was our first game, and none of us is a native English speaker so... forgive us. We're working hard on that! :)
You're not the only one there (and we're having fun answering all of your comments in a row but, then again, we're horrible people) - we just sent a business proposal to Sephen Spielberg, we're waiting for an answer. Sort of.

1, best game ever. 2, i looked at the comments, you mentioned 'exterminate', at the end of episode 4 i use apologize when mist catches me. you know what happened

ok, I've done some research and apparently the Unity Plugin isn't even a thing anymore in most browsers. You can play unity games without having the plugin now. Usally you can't even install the Plugin. I guess it's a general issue at kongregate that you can't rate old Unity games because they still check for the plugin.

I just wanted to give the episodes 1 to 3 my 5 stars, but I'm prevented from doing so. It says I need the Unity plugin installed to rate them. I assume this requirement is obsolete.

WOW! Barney Stinson was a cultist (Friendly one) of the Heartless Maker?? Actually that makes sense ahahah btw great game! best so far ;)
In Caos, everything is possible u.u The truth is that he was, IN FACT, Barney; by following the HM he got charme and good luck, then he took a portal to our world, where he used such powers to be as awesome as we know :D

Is there a bug in the game or is it just me? Even after I burn the curtains, the message about the guards still exist and I can't proceed in the game.

"I'm still not sure why I should take a trapped mouse with me but it's a point and click adventure game, so I'm sure it will come in handy"
THIS GAME AND THE 4TH FRIGGIN WALL! XD XD XD
:D We hope you liked it. About the 4th wall thing, what we love about that is that Mr. Gilberg DOES have a reason to break it, as it's better explained in the last episode. :)

I am enjoying the game for the most part. I am not enjoying the graveyard scenes. Having to redo the choices over and over and over from the beginning is starting to work my last good nerve. I am about to cheat and use someones walk through.
We're sorry about that, and you're right - we'll totally change that part in this game's future versions. Anyway, if you feel frustrated, feel free to use our walkthrough, link in game's description. :)

I've only just discovered this game! What a wonderful series! Thank you for this amazing experience. I'm enjoying the story very much and also appreciating that you take the time to respond to messages in the comments section. Thank you!
First of all, thank YOU! If we spend time to answer every comment and message, is because of players like you, kind people who make us believe in our work! :) We're glad you're likeing the game, we hope the ending won't disappoint you! :D
The hairspray is in this very episode, don't fear! :D You'll find the items you need in each episode, anyway. You'll find at Trixel's flat. If you're enjoying the game, anyway, we suggest you to play the first two parts, too, to better follow the plot. :) We hope you'll like the whole game; have a nice day and keep having fun!

This was a lot of fun and you're doing a good job with the writing. My only complaints involve the Cemetery sequence. It's long so restarting the entire thing after a mistake was annoying. Martzen was in the prior episode so I didn't like being punished for not remembering he had night vision. The lack of flashlight screams "attack this guy." Finally, I didn't think the "use hairspray" button meant "use hairspray and lighter" so I wouldn't know how useful that option is.
Thank you for your appreciation :) About the cemetery fight, you're right. We tried to fix that in the complete edition, but it's much harder to fix in the kong version. We hope, anyway, that this didn't ruin your game experience. :) Thank you again and keep having fun!
As we said so many times, no, it is NOT a misspelling. It's said even in the game's description, and, if you played the first two episodes, Mr. Gilbert should already have said something about that. 'Caos' is NOT the same as 'Chaos'. It is a proper noun, a magical word, if you like. Its meaning is explained throughout the adventure but, if you want to know it now... 'Caos' is a word that, in THIS SPECIFIC NARRATIVE SETTING, indicates the continuity of infinite universes, the intersection between parallel realties. It has many, deep meanings, which one could understand only by following its stories.

Really really awesome game! The plot has so much depth and keeps me thinking. Refusing to use a walkthrough because I want the game to last as long as possible! :)

You could have just used the paper glued on the wall rather than Daphne's photo if you were so attached to it. But I wouldn't question Mr.Gilbert's intentions. :P
It COULD seem strange, but the truth is: it is a SONIC screwdriver! It can remove bolts as well as it can stop an alien invasion. But it's a secret! :D

strangely enough i can play the first 3 games in this series on chrome but not the fourth one. and now unity refuses to update itsself and i cant play the fourth one. ARGH!
It is likely because it's too big to be played in HTML5 version. We weren't able to release it in HTML5 here, so we suggest you to play it using firefox. :) Let us know if you have any other problem!

Good game and lovely story, but I have some constructive criticism: some things are a bit too "random" to my taste. You've probably heard this before, but the essence is that we from time to time, as a player, need to come up with weird item combinations that don't make sense. Take the lever for example. The universal idea of a lever is too broad to expect someone to have an idea of what exactly is needed to make it (e.g. Minecraft it's a rock and stick), so when we make it in this game, we are forced to do the tedious work of matching all items in our inventory until we have the right item we need - but by doing this we don't get that feeling of "Haha! I know what to do" and it takes away from the gameplay. My suggestion is being extra, extra careful with items you put in the game. Avoid concepts that are too open to interpretation. Cheers, mate.
Thank you for the kind words and the ideas :) We understand what you mean, but here's the truth: developing a graphic adventure, you often have to push some puzzles and interactions; sometimes you have to do this because of narrative reasons, sometimes it is needed for mechanical reasons. Of course, in the future, we'll try to do it better and better, until we'll be as closer as possible to perfection! :) Thank you again and keep having fun!

@ExperaGameStudio
Might want to update your games as chrome no longer works with the old unity model as it removed it from their browser and only the newer unity type works,
Right now the new Unity WebGL compiler doesn't support all Unity features and it is very inefficient. When the compiler will be good enough we'll provide also a WebGL version of the game. For now you need to use Firefox to play our games.
If Google decided to definitely disable NPAPI support (killing the Unity Web Player in Chrome) we can't do anything, we're sorry. :(

I always laugh at the scenes where Mr. Gilbert can die, because I click on the bad choices on purpose.
He didn't seem to like my suggestion to surrender and ask for mercy.
