I think this game didn't get a high rate is because it's annoying.
1. Chain and Force might cause a sudden death.
2. The acceptable click error range isn't very clear.
3. Not sure a grey protein is really grey (able click) or going to be red (unable to click)
4. No reward been bigger. (take a look at katamari, spore.)

Damn...Nice game, good graphics, educational (but not in your f*cking face, READ MY BOOK educational). and addictive. 5/5. Now just get rid of those reds...

To say its educational and scientific seems a little overly congratulatory. At best its a reflex game that teaches some vocab.

@doctorcrimson Yeah, I think that's their purpose. They're competing with your neuron to grow. So the best way for them to survive is to take you out. Though I'll admit it takes a lot of luck to get by them.

Are the enemy nerves actually trying to kill me off? Sometimes its literally impossible to pass them and that means my score will be determined by pure luck. I don't like that.

I found that after some powerups, my sphere of influence just immediately shrunk. I couldn't figure it out but it happened a few times.

Really good game, except for one major mess-up. There isn't always a next possible protein sometimes. Not because of a red nerve, but because there just isn't anything. Other than that, amazing game!

Nice game. You could add upgrades as increase circle of influence decreasing time, special power proteins appear more often, increase circle of influence. But game is very nice as it is.

really good game, 4/5. could be better though, like add upgrades: slowing the "reach" circle, make the circle larger, ect...

Need to telegraph rival neuron pathing. By the time they color in it's old news, since you already got inefficient feedback via wasted clicks.

another weird bug is that sometimes i would hear the gold chain even after the gold had dissapered
and also the timer changes sometimes so that you have less time and than later you have more and here i am not talking about the powerup this happend to me a couple of times so that i had less time and then later had more time

Those opposing neurons are killers. Keep getting a bit farther then they just cut me off every time. Awesome game though.

Game needs upgrades to increase replay value. for example, at certain milestones you're awarded with choices to improve max radius, radius shrink rate, speed, frequency of special nodes, reduced competition, longer lasting special node effects, etc. (+) for developer to know!
