Great game! Looking forward to the new one. The only thing that bothers me is that it takes quite long to get 400.000 points. This game should get harder sooner if you know what I mean. It takes untill zone 9 before it gets difficult, but the game could be just as great if it became difficult in zone 5 or something. Not sure if my comment makes sense.. :P

It's just a recreation of Tiny Wings,but I like the artwork. Besides,games like this and Tiny Wings are becoming their own genre.

Possibly one of the worst games I have ever played. Mechanic are poor, upgrades make negligible difference, graphics are average at best only good thing is the music and this isn't saying much to be honest. Dull, repetitive game play with as usual more luck than skill playing a part. Hats do absolutely nothing at all so are a complete waste of time and crystals. Developer would have spent better time making the rest of the game better than putting them in at all.

There's a kinda gamebreaking glitch.
Here's a way to get crystals like crazy: Press R to restart, when the loading screen comes up hold Down until the game starts. You'll get teleported to level 2 and get the bonus-time crystals.

I just achieved 411k and I got one tip: Pay attention to getting many points in early stages (1st - 33k, 2nd - 76k, 5th - 215k...), in the last stage I got only 20k, because of small speed.
GAME ENDS AFTER 10th STAGE, so don't end up beating the game with less than 400k. Diamonds aren't that important, above all - don't fail - speed is everything!

I feel like making players be a specific character to unlock hats is a little counter-productive. A completionist is going to want to unlock all the hats and while playing as the squirrel they may end up hitting three birds on zone two by accident and not earn the hat. Kind of seems like it would just imbue rage to me.

I don't know why this game is a 3.5. It's got a simple, addictive gameplay mechanic, polished, cute animations, and some of the best music ever.. It's a hard hard badge, but whaddygonnado. 5/5.

Is there some reason to buy the hats, other than to meet the requirements for more hats? Is the turtle better at something?
In this game, the characters all have identical physics and the hats are just for show. In the sequel, each character has different starting stats and hats can give stat boosts.

To get the hard badge, just before the end of every level to end level fastest for more time points, dive as soon as possible. Most difficult is to keep speed at level 9. There wait longer before diving as usual because the hills are so steep.

Using the 'R' reset key seems to glitch the game out pretty bad. Sometimes it skips zone 1 entirely, and eventually half the background disappears. ???

While I was writing that comment I left the game running and when I came back I expected to be dead. Nope, hundred thousand points with x2 happiness. Nice!

I don't know if this is a problem for anyone else, but it's very significant for me. The icons that tell you PERFECT, and OUCH, or AMAZING, are too large and too high up on the screen. It really hinders me from predicting the perfect way to land. Otherwise I enjoy the game. Nice work.

This isn't great but worth getting the first couple badges. dive rate needs to be more sensitive to control because later map numbers are too unpredictable.

once you make ONE mistake in zone 9 or 10, it is impossible to recover. your happiness meter just keeps on going down, you are unable to regain speed, not even with PERFECT landings... DUMB, and anoying! it would be a nice game, but this... -2 points...
Yep! One of the things we've been focusing on with the sequel is making it easier to rebuild momentum, especially on terrain that has awkwardly short or awkwardly large hills. One of the ways we're doing this is with a new "super jump" mechanic where you can charge up a powerful jump that will help you get airborne again.

So I don't normally comment on games. Actually, I don't know if I ever have in all my time playing games on Kong. But I need to take a moment to say something here.
When I initially encountered this game, I hated it. Absolutely despised it. I did the achievement, then walked away saying I would never play this game again anyways. But something lingered. There was something pulling me back.
So I played again. I continued to be frustrated by problems understanding the physics of the game. I played it a little more.
Then it dawned on me: the reason why I keep playing. It's the music. The music in this game is fantastic. It's like the further I get into the game, the better the music gets and feels. I absolutely love it. I could listen to a full track of this music on repeat and feel like my life is somehow better balanced because of it.
Don't get me wrong: I'm getting thorough enjoyment out of the game itself. But I truly play this game for the music in it. Beautiful.

i have gotten to Zone 5 twice, and even Cleared it making it to Zone 6 yet i still dont have the badge for reaching Zone 5
