anyone else try to shoot the moon?
my main complaint is that trying to shoot the rocket at anything except a nest is an exercise in frustration: the auto-switch always kicks in unless you are aimed exactly at something-making it almost impossible to hit a moving target!

I like the game. However, the lack of repeatable zones (well except the training areas) make it less appealing than your older games. 4/5

Life story of our hero: He started out in the army, where he started killing a huge bug infestation, and the retired. Shortly after, he became bored of normal life, and started killing bugs, until he blew up his town with a nuke. Afterwards in his new town, he found the smallest zombie infestation EVER, in his yard. After blowing up this town, he started roaming around, until the zombie apocalypse began, he then cleared out two citys, by himself, at NIGHT! Afterwards, he retired for good, and now lives somewhere quiet in the himalayas.

The ending of this game is pure bullshit. There is some cataclysmic discovery and the it just ends without explaining anything. The gameplay is enjoyable if unpolished to an amazing degree. Progression is also kinda dumb, training missions are the only way to effectively level up, and they are sooooooo boring. 2/5

This was a really good game but the hardest part is that thers to many bosses and bugs on a level forgot it because it didnt save mine.......Fly Anvil could you try to fix this......press + if you agree.

The game's guns need some more variety. Up until the end tier you aren't really making any real choices. It's usually a straight upgrade. Why give us the choice if most guns (barring the difference between the autocannon and the m60) are pretty much the same?

I would like it if I could use the pistol without it switching the machine gun every five seconds. I am a pistol kind of person, it's irritating

I REALLY want the guys at Fly Anvil to talk to the people who design most console shooters, not only do they have some of the most satisfying guns in terms of power and feedback, they give infinite ammo but make reloading feel strategic, and on top of that they have you reload a gun while auto switching to another one rather than just showing your guy fumbling with a gun like a klutz while under fire. Unrealistic? Yes. Awesome idea that needs to happen more? Hell yes. Who wants realism when I can burn through bugs with a sniper rifle and while that's reloading blast away with a machine gun while throwing a grenade like some sort of gun crazy octopus!

The automatic weapon switch is extremely retarded on the grasshopper level. I recommend everyone that doesn't have very serious issues aiming to turn it off on level 1.

Not to be "that guy" but IRL the Dragunov has a 10-round clip, is semi-auto, and shoots a itsy-bitsy 5.45mm round. It is in no way a heavy sniper rifle, it doesn't have a bolt action, and a full clip is not a measly 8 rounds. Then again, there aren't giant human-eating bugs IRL either, so maybe I should just shut up and play.

wow... i am more accurate with a pistol than with a sniper.. if i could turn off scope with sniper i might be more accurate

Oh, look, there's a bug on my face... I know! I'll use this SNIPER RIFLE to get it off. Why my sniper rifle, you ask? Because I threw my only knife at a 100 feet away. Wait, you say the bug was running away...? Oh well. I got it. That's all that matters.
