I think In "the last showdown" Wave 5 you really start to think after awhile "Will it ever end?" I think the Level ist pretty cruel, despite that I finished it on first try. For anyone having trouble: I went with fully upgraded Archers in the first 3 rows to the right, shielded them with one row fully upgraded walls, and the 4 rows on the left I plastered with fully upgraded Spikes. I used the Mage Skill Tree for the most part. Don't forget that fire- and iceball are cheap and do tripple damage if the target is frozen/burning (Iceball for burning, Fireball for frozen). So switching back and forth will allow you to kill Dragons with 3 Magic Balls (fire-ice-fire). This applies to fully upgraded Magic-Tree :).

Fun, though the field of vision needs to extend past the firing range. Either that or coins need to pick themselves up.

finished last level with 1535 gold and some still on ground... interesting tho I started 10th stage at like level 20 I believe and ended at level 31. If you need help just message me.

Easy game IMO beat it prety fast. last level i did 3 rows or archers and a wall then knights then then last of them all spikes. just bolt when you can on dragons and cannon them up and keep up the walls and knights as much as you can while keeping dragons down mostly and fire cannons and or lightning in crouds.

I don't know if it just my computer, but when I get pst the first three levels, the lag is tremendous, and I can't play it from the on unfortunately.

This is a very great game! It sort of reminded me of Kingdom Rush because of the similar illustrations. It was a challenging game and also one of the best games to come out! I personally loved the game, animations, and the idea. Great addition with the plots to place archers, spikes, etc. Last wave was awesome and a hard one too! Didn't beat it until I decided to actually look at Khrolan & BennyGreen's comments!

Playing on my macbook, I can't use the numbers on my keyboard to change weapons/traps, so i'm pretty screwed, fun game otherwise.

Its a bit annoying that you are able to heal the barricade a short periode of time after its destroyed, because of that you loose mana and need to recharge it. :(

Endless waves of laggy pain! Why must so many strong opponents come so often with without a chance to reset defenses!! I had 500 freakin coins just from one wave and there was no end in sight. WTF how in the world are you supposed to three star these levels? I even have full upgrades on everything use spell combos and put down the best defenses i could think of.

I noticed something, maybe a bug: when I pause the game and go away, I'm always defeated, when I return. Maybe there's a timer or something running, but it's quite frustrating.

hmm my units is under category "traps" and just 2 different units. I kinda expected a mage for the sorcery skill tree but no. And the knight sucks.

Swordsmen seem to have more health then barriers, but I could be wrong. The 4 lines of spikes will kill all Spiders, Skeletons, Goblins and sometimes Slimes (timing) which will lend very nicely to the extra gold when killing with traps. 3 Lines of Archers brings that killing ground up to Trolls and Orcs if you're lucky. However, I'd suggest using Maxed Knights instead of Barriers, since they have more health, damage reduction below 50% and deal damage of their own.
Ghosts will get further than dragons more often than not though. :/

Gold on the final wave never truly serves a purpose. Assuming you're willing to switch out of your weapon for long enough to place them, the better, and therefore more purposefully traps, take too long to build. I always have a surplus of gold towards the end of the level that never sees use. Add more waves to all levels and either 1: allow trap placement during pause or 2: eliminate the build period.

the lag I get at last 2 lvls is imense. Cant even fire. I ve noticed that if i manage to pick coins gets a bit better but still i get frozen after a while. Perhaps if you make the coins get picked up instantly might get better. That or fix your memory issues somehow. There is no point for coins to stay on screen anyways since they will get picked up after sometime. Just make them go str8 to your wallet or w/e u calls it. Nice game liked it but the freez issues on last 2 lvls is so annoying gona give you 2 * until u fix that. If & when u do I ll give a 4 or 5*.
