It would be nice if, say, i have a lv2 j and a lv5 x (both iron). I combine them and i would get a random lv5 iron letter. This would help a LOT

This game is great, but there are some bugs (pun not intended) The biggest issue is that the supposed options/pause button doesn't actually pause the game in the background.

It seems like if you type words too fast the cannon doesnt fire them. It looks like there is a queue system but sometimes the cannon just sits there idle. Also if you click on the cannon it stops firing and you can sort of aim it, but if you type another word in it just fires at a random spider. I feel like the queue system needs work to benefit those of us who just spam words

Good concept, but too difficult and frustrating for my taste, not to mention that common words are often not recognized, and is quite repetitive. 2/5.

Hey--what is the trick to getting the extra letters? I'm hoping they will help, but two email addresses didn't work. Thanks!!

So, is there something wrong with being a nerd? is that what you are saying? there are a lot of people that find games like this rather enjoyable and not all of them are "Brain-Jockeys" as you so put it. Challenge is good... it is rather rediculous to see all of the games out there but there is no challenge in them, I know we live in the facebook era where everything is simple and should be all about preset limits and all that garbage.. fortunately not everyone thinks like that.. its bad enough that the game is not as challenging as it could be.. but there is a decent balance so that even some fairly slow typists can get pretty far and still work on building their skills while playing

This game doesn't make any sense to me. Words like Monday and Saturday are not considered words for some reason. If you are going to have a typing game, make sure common everyday words are used at least.

I found a fairly good strategy.. It's much MUCH easier to find more-damaing words to type, if you have at least one of every letter as an iron ball.. Forget transmuting until you've got a good stock of over 15 different letters, and you'll find yourself plowing through levels easily.

This game would be a lot more enjoyable and respected if it weren't so stress-inducing.. Puzzle games are supposed to rack your brain, not your nerves, if you severely decreased the difficulty, this game would probably get a lot more positive feedback.. Beyond that, as oddly as this sounds, this game is just for "Brain-jockeys" and over-achievers..

Used the word "Vigorous", dealt 266 damage because I, G, O, R were irons, the U was a jade and the V was a brass. I guess the word described its effect on the bugs pretty well.

I lose all the time because it seems some words don't appear to work in this game. Why don;t countries work? Or months?

2/5 for frustrations, such as the lower spiders blocking the shot to the notes, and words not working when they should, and difficulty.

a big boo to the censors : SH*T and PEN*S (yes with an I ) are perfectly good english words and when the letters are available .......

Has anyone figured out how the game doles out letters? Win big - get one letter. Barely survive - here's a bushel of high-values. ???

I think Shashakiro had a good plan -- 20 basic letters (AAAA EEEE II L RR SSSSS TT) and using variations of "realism" to break open all the chambers. I actually printed out a list of words and just typed them in order repeatedly, since the "already used" penalty vanishes after 20 intervening words. It's not as fun, necessarily, but it's a good way to get the badge. Here's my list:
1. Realistic
2. Realistically
3. Alternate
4. Alternates
5. Alternated
6. Alternator
7. Alternators
8. Alternating
9. Alternative
10. Alternatives
11. Alternatively
12. Alternation
13. Alternations
14. Streaming
15. Streamline
16. Streamlined
17. Streamlines
18. Streamliner
19. Streamliners
20. Streamlining
21. Especially
22. Recreational
If I have time and see good combos, I might use these other words, with variations of tense & usage
• Estimate
• Satire
• Dream
• Rational
• Startle

Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition.
