If anyone is wondering about a third cavalry unit (after scout and border cavalry), a heavy spear cavalry unit appears in the roster when you start Legendary mode. Base stats: 7 atk, 80 hp, 1 range, 3 speed, 24 cost, +8 vs ranged, charge: first attack does 2x damage, deflect: 2 less damage from ranged.

How to not to lose a saved game:
Go to, on Windows XP c:\documents and settings\username\application data\macromedia\flash player\#sharedobjects,
and on Windows Vista/7 C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects.
Open SharedObjects and copy the folder you find there to the desktop. Do it regularly.
If you have lost your saved game, just copy the folder on the desktop and put it in the SharedObject folder. Your saved game is back.

1. The whole game can be passed with two units.
Scout. Border Rider. You don't need any more units, really.
2. There is an upgrade that says `spear cavalry units get +...`. I waited all game long for the third cavalry unit. Or for a heavy cavalry unit. Hammer cavalry unit, anyone? Nope. No luck for me... =\

okay why do units join you AFTER you saved their town i really don't understand why they don't help you saving their town but still 5/5

BUG: @ legendary when you have the upgrades which give more money % and starting gold, they dont give what is said. they only give 10% xtra and +10 starting gold, but they should give 20% as stated when upgrading, especially because its max is 1!

i think we should be able to stack the xp if you replay or go multiple lv.s in a row not reset every city you defeat..

Get victory XP without finishing a stage: 1. first get the enemy down to 0. 2. Then let yourself get down to zero, but make sure you have the last unit on screen (create a guy later than the last guy coming down). 3. If you have done it right it will say "victory" but at the map screen you need to replay the level. Rinse repeat for faster XP gain.

Very nice game. Liked it a lot :) But few problems. Was waiting till the end for another cavalry unit, like Heavy Cavalry? Also no bosses. Could be like 2 lines wide? There should be smthing like 2 units can join, not wait in queue or maybe "upgrade" like that for archers too.

nice game, fun, played others like it, some better..eh but overall it's the artwork that keeps me playing, it's just fun to watch em fight and such, nice work I give you a 5/5 ^^

Just finished the game, It was pretty easy, I just went pure assasin and buffed them with every skill I could , I maximed their health and dmg and then went for more start gold and gold generation, Which means you are pretty Immortal, Knowing the assasins cost only 14 have 25% chance to block and 10% chance to instantly kill ANY unit these guys are just perfect. On the last like 10 maps or so I could just spam 12 assasins In one line and then directly kill the enemy, Then It was just spam all other cash I was gaining on killing remaining units, I always survived on 100 health and killed the enemy In like 1:30-2:00 minutes, On the last maps.. So If you're wondering what to go for, Assasins are your best choice! I'm not sure when you unlock them , Might be second area but they'r light infantry so focus on getting it upgraded and work with other units till u get assasins, Then just upgrade them.

bunch of complaining casuals. "Oh noe the game isn't easy enough!" Maybe try some different units? Or pick smarter upgrades? Or I don't know, learn to play better?

you should change the color of the upgrade icons a bit so that you can tell just from a glance if you have enough gold to upgrade it or not. Right now you have to click on it to see if you have enough gold or not.

This is an awesome game, but i think they should have added a couple more units... For example, heavy cavalry, more siege equipment and more ranged units. Also, i would have liked to have the option to play as the bad guys.

I love game's like this aswell as I love sparing loads of gold(in the first few lvls anyway) and then buying like 15 horsemen in the same lane, it's like insta win :p
