I found that at difficult stages with many heavies and champion like enemies I could easily win by spamming skirmishers. Then I got the Liegeblades, which really killed any challenge :p

if you're strugggling with the dual-wielding champions and berserkers, try using a couple of assassins on them, and just hope they can parry long enough for the 10% instant-death attack can hit

i like this game. but unlike torveax i think the strategy is slight unbalincd because you don't get melee horse men in tell after the 4 island

Graphical bug on Legendary upgrades cap is not one. Its just there isnt enough place to display the 0 in "/10".
Otherwise, good game but Legendary mode should be more challenging.

I found a bug - if I click continue and go into standard mode, do a battle and then refresh the page and try legendary mode the barracks shows no units (not even in my slots) and starting a battle just goes to a black screen.

Good game and still enjoyable, even with the fact that there are countless others like it. I was looking forward to unlocking new cavalry units to find nothing other than the border cavalry early on; it would have been nice to have more cavalry options.

Why is it the poison units on their side are "Unbeatable gods of death and destruction" and mine are "maybe does something every 2 years"

great game but would help if enemy nits were added to the library when your defeated as well so you can see how to counter them 4/5

One of my favourite things about this site is finding great little games, like this one, hidden behind a low play count and poor ratings they don't deserve. The strategy is complicated, but not unbalanced. The difficulty can be challenging, but by no means impossible. All in all, excellent quality. You've earned my 5.

It would be cool if we could use only the keyboard. Say you chose the rows with the up and down arrows, chose the units with the left and right arrows, and sent the units with the spacebar. It would be a lot more convenient than having to use the mouse for anything.

oh and btw, if you guys thought that the orc beserkers were overpowered, you havent even seen the maru. picture orc beserkers with 40% parry and regen health. O.P.

have to agree with ktherock7. library needs to learn from defeats. some units seem to have no effective counter otherwise. otherwise, very good game! thought the "morale bar" was more fair then some other conventional methods in games of this type, (time, mana etc) and seems more realistic. overall 3.7/5

Really nice game, but you don't get any XP at all from lost battles and you get half XP from repeated battles. Those things only seem to make things take longer rather than adding anything good. Also, the choice of units was a bit too skewed towards sword and spear wielders. But even with those things, and a few other minor things, I'd give this game 4/5.

It would be so much better if the faster units could take over the slower ones! The way it is now makes the support units almost completely useless. Especially the ranged units: they are expensive (except the skirmisher) but weak and attack much slower then the melee units. If two ranged unit faces eachother that will effectively freeze that lane for a long time. The other support units rarely worth their price too becouse they are too expensive to support only that 2-3 units you can send before them and also they slow down your cavalery.
