I love this game, it's so cool, but it gets really laggy when you blow up a couple zeppelins at the same time, and when all of your extra defenses are destroyed on the boss levels, they stream out on each pass enough bombs to destroy you 3 times over....It sucks actually, but to avoid that, get a lot of money! And don't don't have any defenses on the ground in front of you....

First boss elite (easy configuration):
Add 1 level to armor
Add 2 levels of winged bombs
Max out flak's damage, add alot in accuracy and some in reload
Now make sure you don't get it even once for ALL the level. Only hit you should get is ONCE by the boss. Your 1 point in armor will make his attack barely leave you alive, instead of killing you. Which will leave you a second round to finish him. Just make sure the other zeppelins die by targeting them first during the final wave and leave just the boss to drop his bombs.
Fire away on things. With maxed damage and high or maxed accuracy, your enemies are sure to die fast. Use air strikes all the time when they're ready, on each wave.
Maxed damage + 4 reload levels = around 1000 damage/sec

no need to worry about the hard achievement for all those playing this game, just wait till the last level, you will be needing those fire supports ........ just a heads up .... should be call medium

hmmm thought thunderstorm would be harder than fuel of war since the thunder turrets are really crappy and the air support isnt as fast (?)

tip:-auto fire- not really neccessary however it prevents your finger from getting sore just simply hold then fire button (left mouse button) then while holding press the right mouse button then click off screen then move mouse back on to screen main cannon should auto fire and you can still move it around -disables keyboard shortcuts- move mouse down to the air support and buildings bar to stop firing clicking anywhere on game screen stops the auto fire but then again takes less then a second to activate

Any hints for the mini-boss on the hardest difficulty? I'm not even close to get him down. Neither my tesla nor rocket towers nor support spam do it, either. :/

the 88 flak cannon was arguably the best AA artillary every made. it was so effective it was used as an AntiTank gun. you did NOT want to fly into a wall of 88 flak. good chances are you didnt make it out.

To get medium badge: Buy a triple cannon and Max these: Repair, Armor, Score gain, Build price...Make sure to summon winged bombs and support fire. If needed to then summon air strike also.

Ikonx in real life flak cannaons dont hit the target directly it explodes when the pressure is too much for it to hold out. so this is more realistic than you think. i give it 9/10

awesome... , no not at all... , 1 should'nt the bullets explode on the blimps and not were we want, just that makes it so surrealistic

This game is "alright" but is very slow in the menu's as well as the game play. Also, this feels like Gemcraft with the graphics changed a bit (or the other way around). Glitchy too. Paused the game and wasn't able to fire throughout the round.

nice game... but theres only ONE thing... the balloons should affect each other, like if one explodes the others get damage too

Here is the best combination of AA guns there is, i think.
First: 20mm
Second: Missile Launcher
Third: 20mm
Fourth/Fifth/Sixth/Seventh: Mini Flak Gun
Use this to you advantage.

Auto-shooting? Shoot normally, hold the button down when you slightly move the crusor out of the gamescreen. Don't click, hn slightly move the crusor back in to the playing area, move the crusor where you want to shoot! DON'T CLICK! Press "+" to keep it alive!

Eww I beat Elite and was halfway thru Thunderstorm and Fuel of War but my comp had to be cleaned out and I lost my save :(

@sentropie: The second badge column is for structures built, the second from the right is for points produced from oil, and the last is for points won in a single battle.
