look, its tedious to have to go ALL THE TIME throught layers and layers and layers... and layers of ballons, make them shorter, and put some music into it, and maybe I will give it more than 2/5

Just a little tip that I'll be following soon enough :D your reload speed should be upgraded about the same ammount as your fire speed to have you always shooting :D

If i was the last surviving balloon pilot in an entire attacking force i wouldn't keep going forward into the solid wall of flak. Oh no no. I'd turn right around and bomb my army's command post. Their commanders ought to be executed for extreme ineptitude and stupidity.

I have played first 5 levels in elite and thunderstom getting 5 stars on each level, but I havent unlocked that hidden level, is that a bug?

Umm, okay, this is completely stupid, it autosaves my lvl and my commander lvl, except it doesn't save my progress, even though i started the NEXT lvl. Wtf.

One of the game's badges requires "have won all battles with a rating of 10 or more". Can anyone explain me what does that mean? What do you have to do to get it?

If you guys are going for the impossible badge:
-There is no use to play in easy mode, as soon as the elite mode is unlocked go ahead and make the full campaign. You need to do it to access thunderstorm campaing.
-Also, the Elite campaign is a bit challenging in the beginning, once you start stacking up xp it will be very easy.
-If you have trouble beating for the first boss: Put a lot of points in accuracy, damage, reload, pick up freeze cannons+triple cannons. During the map, build structures in all slots ( i go with 5 triple cannons+2 freeze cannons (near the enemy side). It will run out of ammo before it reaches you, giving you a second turn to terminate the bastard.

J/W does any1 see any purpose for airstrike other than for badge? or are they broken or something? They don't seem to do dmg....don't "push the enemy back to the ocean" or whatever the quote in game says. They just plain suck. I get 2/3 of a hard badge in the first 2 levels...am like woa! then realize the hard part is the other plane sucks and can't be spammed till you can truly waste points -_-. still 4/5 for otherwise intently holding my attention.

This game is so addictive...Playing hard mode now, but the bosses seem to be a bit tough...Which sucks with its cluster bomb drop...Your certain to die if you dont kill it fast

@jason0210 you have to beat the two campaigns titled "Thunderstorm" and "Fuel of War." You unlock Thunderstorm by completing any campaign (I think) and you unlock Fuel of War by completing Thunderstorm.

I'm sorry, but can someone explain what mission the "impossible" badge is talking about? i beat the final level.. but I'm not sure what those missions are about.

I love this game, it's so cool, but it gets really laggy when you blow up a couple zeppelins at the same time, and when all of your extra defenses are destroyed on the boss levels, they stream out on each pass enough bombs to destroy you 3 times over....It sucks actually, but to avoid that, get a lot of money! And don't don't have any defenses on the ground in front of you....

First boss elite (easy configuration):
Add 1 level to armor
Add 2 levels of winged bombs
Max out flak's damage, add alot in accuracy and some in reload
Now make sure you don't get it even once for ALL the level. Only hit you should get is ONCE by the boss. Your 1 point in armor will make his attack barely leave you alive, instead of killing you. Which will leave you a second round to finish him. Just make sure the other zeppelins die by targeting them first during the final wave and leave just the boss to drop his bombs.
Fire away on things. With maxed damage and high or maxed accuracy, your enemies are sure to die fast. Use air strikes all the time when they're ready, on each wave.
Maxed damage + 4 reload levels = around 1000 damage/sec

no need to worry about the hard achievement for all those playing this game, just wait till the last level, you will be needing those fire supports ........ just a heads up .... should be call medium

hmmm thought thunderstorm would be harder than fuel of war since the thunder turrets are really crappy and the air support isnt as fast (?)

tip:-auto fire- not really neccessary however it prevents your finger from getting sore just simply hold then fire button (left mouse button) then while holding press the right mouse button then click off screen then move mouse back on to screen main cannon should auto fire and you can still move it around -disables keyboard shortcuts- move mouse down to the air support and buildings bar to stop firing clicking anywhere on game screen stops the auto fire but then again takes less then a second to activate

Any hints for the mini-boss on the hardest difficulty? I'm not even close to get him down. Neither my tesla nor rocket towers nor support spam do it, either. :/
