Ok after playing this long enough to get the impossible badge which is not that hard just long and very boring. One your buildings level after so much time passes the little dots are the lvls. Also I am not sure but it seems like exploding balloons do some damage because when you get a bunch near each other they seem to go up faster. overall a good game but long.

It seems, after a while oil rigs don't give points, is that a bug? Like i bought oil rigs, because sometimes there's like 5 big balloons that take forever to kill, and you just need a bit more score, but apparently, when that moment came along, my oil rigs, which used to produce like 1600 per 5 seconds, decided to just stop giving points. >.<

Is it me, or is the Freeze Ray lacking usefulness? The ray is only large enough to stop 1 balloon for about 0.5 seconds, which doesn't really do much when there are already 20+ balloons on the screen.

Okay, I did all levels of thunderstorm 5 stars, got all covert ops, and according to Kong, haven't completed that campaign. What do I have to do, give blood? Any ideas?

the invading country is poor no doubt but the defenders are also morons why use so expencive flaks when u could just load 100 or 200 needles and fire them.

I want to take something back you still get promotions after lvl 25 I think. It just stops telling you next level at which is why it seems like what no more. probably a number glitch in the game. I am glad to see it will make the game easier to get the last badge.

4 years ago, we banned balloons from our country.. the country of Helium cut off ties with us as a result... now, the helians attack in their armada of party decorations...

Was going to give this game a 5/5 rating but I'm SICK AND TIRED of seeing my name being erased as best of all times in most battles won at 245. EVERY SINGLE day I have to play and do another victory to get my name back on top and now it's not even updating anymore, my name isn't even there anymore WHY ? It's not as if I cheated or hacked, I worked for them and earned it, why the HELL does the name get erased SERIOUSLY ? You can clearly see my name as daily best and weekly best but it's not keeping it as all time best WHY????? I'm giving this game a 1/5 rating until this gets FIXED ! Now thumbs me down all you want, it';s not going to change anything ! Effing sick of Kongregate erasing my accomplishments for no effing valid reasons !

Note for those who didn't notice, the oilrigs stop producing cash (prestige, or whatever it's called) in the last wave of each level. Probably for preventing players to let a balloon live, and letting the oilrigs to generate indefinitely.

Did you know you, while holding down the mouse button, you can shoot past the edge of the screen? Helps when you have a lot of turrets set up waiting to fry what gets past ^_^.

Somehow all my saved games are gone. I was on level 29 or so. Thank god for that, now I can stop playing this compulsively to get the Thunderous OPEC Guardian Badge :-)

For those interested, the first badge in the second tier of the lower level career badges is 'won all maps with a rank of 10 or more' (ie: 5 starred them all). I assume the other badges in that tier have to do with accomplishments across all maps. Anyone know what they are?

Too long to complete it in other difficulty lvls after you beat one. It gets really repetitive after the first 10 battles. There also doesn't seem to be any reason to build anything but triple cannons, 5 of those at lvl 5 pretty much kill everything by themselves, even in the last lvl. Normal setup that works in any lvl pretty much looks like oilrig, thunderglobe (to mix things up), 4-5 tripleguns, a freezing ray if you feel fancy (doesn't really do much, since it won't get to fire even right at the screen edge, and dies really fast since it trades shots when it does). Hit 123 when there are more than 1 one the big ships, repeat.

Wish this game was shorter or that it was more customizable for your main cannon. It gets very repetitive quickly so being able to decide which type of cannon you want to replace your main flak cannon would be cool. Like you could upgrae to the tripple cannon, the rocket launcher, or the final upgrade which would be the Thunder Globe. All of your previousupgrades for speed/reload/damage would be scaled with your main gun. <thats all just something i though of while playing

heh, the thunder globe can actually do a lot of damage at level 5
each hit does about 800-1000 damage, a shot every second. a really hit DPS compared to all the other buildings other than your main flak

Got lucky with the first boss. I had a bunch of buildings, and seeming how he has a reload time, he isn't able to bomb everything. If he goes by you, he just comes out the left side again with weakened hp. Give that a try.

the secret is this.... get 5 stars in the first 5 levels, then the secret level appears, finish the secret level and u get the badge, still cant kill that boss...

I will sooner or later get this impossible badge but this game is way to repetitive and long I might have been fine with that but half way through the level you hit the exp cap what now I just repeat what I have been doing never getting any better. going to take a long time for me to beat this. But I spent over a year on Papas pancake so I will get it.

Looking back I have no idea why it took me so long to defeat the first boss but if you're as dopey as me; just make sure you have more than one type of weapon available

Autosave works on mine too, the only thing I can think of for those who don't, maybe you need to manually save a game first? Also, this is a very old game about 5 yrs old, so naturally it's not as polished as some of his newer games like Gemcraft Labyrinth! :D

@FrostPaladin: You can see your badges from the drop down tabs at the top and the cost of each gun is displayed in battle when you hover over the gun. Not ideal but it's there.
