Under rating threshold (show) although I'm thinking it'd be very hard to get that first jump from lvl 1 to lvl 8 with only normal. The next hard jump also from 8 to 16. after you get endurance I bet for experienced ppl it's a breeze. Use endurance to get level 24, do heroic, do endurance again, do swarm, do endurance, do normal, do sudden death, get red mastery, go full commando on carapace, then bleeding edge, then whatever the level 56 one is, then arcane, then spam-durance with max red & orange & keep upping skills till you max em- then get level 2K+. Easy as pie...mostly.

Under rating threshold (show) I hope this helps, I agree the first few levels when you're first learning everything & all with very few skll points are ironically, harder then almost everything past the 2nd arcane boss. all I can say is ask for advice, be patient, and persevere, because it becomes truly fun when you can score billions of points, once you get all the skills(or most) & learn how to make a good mana farm(red-orange supergems supergemmed to 6 targets, 10.1 mana, 670 firing speed)

Under rating threshold (show) Also try making dual gems, the small buff to damage might help. Don't use many traps, they aren't too useful except for poison until level 40ish. At when they become paramount to scoring high points XD. For the first arcane boss don't bomb the locks till the last few waves. Place the G3 poison in a trap at the start. Build a dual G4 and add lots of g1s into it(transmute into right color by gem bombing) watch my vid of it(search angelpuppetslayer on google, click first link) if you need help. After the 2nd arcane boss(in which you should also supergem), supergemming becomes the best strategy :)

Under rating threshold (show) Corloc indeed, if you came from GC, this game is much harder. You should never call waves early unless you have beaten all of the last wave, for one. You don't need grade 4s+ until the first arcane most likely, or maybe make some G4s if you see a armored wave with 12 armor+ or something. Check the stats of the wave to see if your defenses are adequate. Anger the first few waves with 1 g1 each for extra mana + xp, if you can handle it. Replay all sudden deaths, esp the 3x xp ones. At lvl 16, do endurances, survive as long as you can & get as many battle amulets as you can(they give a pretty large portion of your xp until past the 2nd arcane boss).

Under rating threshold (show) This game is so FRUSTRATING! I have nothing good to say about other then they did a good job of programing but lousey game play. I have had to replay almost ever level multiple times to beat it on the first go through and now am stuck on level 13!!!. I have watch vids and read strats but nothing is working. So pissed that a LOW Level cannot be beat easily. Why why why?

Under rating threshold (show) Sandal you do not need to be a god(though it helps- kidding :P). Simply follow the top comments guide to supergemming & you WILL be a god...& then you'll beat the game quite easily...then you can go to the next great challenge, beating all 228 waves of the last level instead of just bombing the GOE.

Under rating threshold (show) Finally, fill path with RBs to slow the monsters down, and make it so that the Hue of all your prismatics is 190-200(just drag a bunch of cyan gems onto them). Reason is that all the waves on map 78 are hue 0-30, and opposite gem & monster colors = monster weak to it = gem deal damage closer to its maximum each hit. Whereas a gem of 15 hue & monster 0-30 hue the gem will do near its minimum damage/hit, making your gem around 1/4th as effective. It is noticeable from 20k damage. So make sure to hue your gems. Notes: 1.5 million firepower is only enough if you have an effective holding strategy, that is, a path full of RO and RB with RB supergemmed to like a whole minute of slowing while RO keeps you from succumbing to banish costs near the end. Wave 227 is giants with 3.9 billion hp each. Wave 228 is 8 runners with 1 billion hp each. Hope this helps anyone who attempts it :)

Under rating threshold (show) Make 10 of these so that way you'll gain more effective dps because fast firing gems will be faster in killing then 1x ubergem(I tried near beginning, 2x 10k was more effective then 1x 25k because both have high splash & both 279 speed so they more effective overall. Difference not too big but it saves you maybe 15-25% supergemming, PLUS one can hold off the monsters while you supergem the other.
