The real trick to Normal Mode is the following:
-1) Try and maximize your score, I beat the game in 22 rounds because I jumped several ranks due to good play.-
-2) The game does not nullify your score if you back from a lousy setup, instead it merely restarts that round.-

@Legendari0 The Impossible badge isn't *that* bad. I love this game, but it does take a good few tries to get the right combos for the Impossible. It is doable, though, but I suggest you try it over a few days rather than go batshit crazy trying for it in one go :P

ennemy 7pv and reduces 5 damages. I use Dark young charge which deals 14damages and it doesn't deal a single damage... then i lost...

I dont understand some of the deriders of this game.. really? Theres only one other Cthulhu mythos game (a td style side scroll) , and this one is done quite well for the effort put forth. Kudos to maker on this one , and his credit to community. I hope you polish this and come out with a v2 or some other idea along the same lines. Look forward to your other work.

The only part that makes this impossible badge so frustrating is that you can't just restart the mission you are in, rather you have to go back to the challenge menu, select the challenge again, the start the mission over that way. Really wish I could just get a new hand when I know I am going to lose right away, or that I could just restart the mission when I do lose.

Challenge 15, was able to keep up invulnerability long enough to get opponent down to 3 health, was just dealt Blast Em. Opponent uses Blackmail and then Dark Young Charge.
It's okay, I didn't want the badge anyway.

This is ridiculous, opponent has one life point left and all i can do is sit here with my deck in my hand playing passive cards. there needs to be more attack cards or fewer passive/creature cards.

Ok this is stupid. It took me at least 70 tries to beat challenge 15 for the badge. So today I feel like screwing around with that challenge and actually beat it on my 3rd try...Troll challenge is troll!

God dammit, I always lose because when I have high arcane I never get any damage card for hours, only betrayed, discrete doctor, blast em, arcane sanctuary Byakee, and other useless stuff, now lost at cult priest 8 times in a row, because I don't get damage cards :(

Was the game updated recently, it's getting really awful, the computer has all damage cards nonstop in a row plus everytime I play dispel he right afterwards plays invulnarability and when I play blessing of hastur he plays the same right afterwards; so how can he save all the countering cards while seemingly drowning in damage cards :( ?

A tutorial would probably be an overkill, but mouseover tips for the various elements on screen could replace all those instructions (which I've just read, after completing everything). My initial score was 4/5 due to those missing elements, but I've changed my mind after the challenges. 5/5

challenge 21 tips:
Dont use summon dont trie to gain defence or arcane
Don't give him megalomania.
Give him the summon debuff or the reset all debuff
Kill him
Challenge 20:
Kill him fast and 5-7 time megalomania help.
the rest of the challenge requiere luck and som experience.

YEAH, got the impossible badge!!! I got very lucky on the challenges 10, 13 and 15. lost like 10-15 times on each, took only 1 day :) ... now, to the hard badge XD

Sometimes you hate games for their randomness. I can't imagine this one not being some random. Lots of fun, a must play for lovecraft's fans
