I keep getting stuck and my character is unable to move and forces me to quite the lvl and start over its very annoying has happens 4 times now

Habitation Block 3 night vision, thrown in with EBE's suddenly attacking without audio cues, while staring at the minimap, your heart pounding rapidly as you try to see where they are coming from, and then you are told to hold on while a security door is being hacked... THEN the REAL horror begins. (Cue Music)

Maybe instead of just respawning in a certain zone or something .. just change the code to automatically kill all aliens in ur little blue circle of immortality ..?

Swarm mode, second room down from spawn, if you stand directly to the right of the blue glowing computer then you are hidden from the aliens.

Level 5 is annoying as hell. Every time when enemys pot out of the ground I get stuck, becouse, thanks to my luck, I stand exactly at that spot. So I either die or restart the level.

How am I supposed to get through third area? I mean I have three lives and there are at least three doors that needs to get opened, which brings enemies to kill me each time.

What's the last third of my health bar even FOR? Just to apply a MS penalty that will assuredly get me killed. Might as well just taken it away and not put in the penalty. The MS ramp up time is also atrocious and the penalty for hitting a box while hauling makes it hard to escape sometimes. Fun game, lots of things that needed editing which aren't going to happen as it's so old and not going to be updated. I hope they fixed said things in the sequels.

how can the vulcan not be better than the pulse rifle in damage if it is the best weapon i think you guys should change that

well, I don't know if someone said this before, but anyway, you can position yourself near where the doors meet the walls and shoot to the other side (you can use the laser sight to notice it better)
this can help you to kill enemies without getting you in danger

Mission 6: I have killed all the Owl Men, activated the turrets, then grabbed the 3 keys, but the lift (the center one where turrets are) does not activate, even though I see the text with 10 seconds left that it is ready. Am I missing something here, or is mission 6 bugged?

Do you know how many times I have died due to delayed reactions from the game? I don't. I've lost track. Just as I have lost interest in a game that is perfectly fine one second, then decides that I must die the next.

Firstly, its not horror at all. It's just a regular alien shooter, with only 5 types of aliens which lack distinctive features and with a lot of very similar weapons (pistol is useless, the assault rifle, smg and pulse rifle are essentially the same, the shotgun is cool, the rpg is OP, the flamethrower and the minigun are useless).
The story and the sound effects are weak, the boxes, tables are advantegous only for the aliens, the spawner holes are more annoying than threatening and you can stuck in them with no chance to get out thus quitting is the only option. The missions are practically the same, you go, shoot and pick up items, that is all.
On the plus side, there are some interesting data discs, kudos for that!

Giving this a barely 3 - Too dark, weak story and the respawning smack in the middle of the swarm makes it for an annoying experience. At least there is some potential, which I hope is realized in the sequel
